The last few times I have been to Wendy’s- in Walker- the food has been horrible. I always get Baconator Fries and a Lg Dr Pepper with extra ice. The last 2 times I have been there- the fries and cheese were cold. Colder than room temp. It’s impossible - for me - to eat cold French fries. It is impossible to eat Baconator when cold- cold cheese is over cold fries. This particular visit- I doubt a whole piece of bacon was used when making my Baconator. My previous visit- I ordered 1 Baconator Fries with a Lg Dr Pepper with extra ice. When I got on the interstate- I reach in to get my Baconator Fries. I immediately knew - I have a problem - I received a Baconator Burger. I bet the burger weighed 2 lbs. The weird thing is- I was charged for the Baconator fries. Also, Fries doesn’t sound like Burger, Hamburger and I’m almost positive no one was in line behind me. The other issue I have is - asking for extra ice cream- sometimes I say a little of ice cream I’m not sure what phrase I used but there was barely any ice. I nicely asked for some extra ice. An observer would have thought I asked the sever for half everything on the menu. She wasn’t happy about adding extra ice. When she handed me my Dr Pepper- I really don’t think she put any extra ice in my glass. I asked for a cup of ice - I thought she was going to have a hissy fit she acted as if I order everything on the menu- ASAP. This was my first visit to Wendy’s in a few months due to the fact that my food had been cold my previous visits. I won’t be going back to Wendy’s in Walker, LA till December or later. I don’t recommend anything on Wendy’s. I do recommend a...
Read moreThis is one of the worst Wendy's you could ever go to. The staff seems to purposely be as rude as possible no matter how polite you are. They just give you whatever they want to give you, what you order is of no concern to them. They have a young girl that works the drive thru window and she is pleasant but she's the only one.
Want a frosty? Too bad, the machine never works and even if it did you wouldn't get it anyway. All common soft drinks are out typically. The people taking your order make it seem like you're inconveniencing them like they're not getting paid to be there.
The only good thing I will say about this Wendy's is that the food is usually pretty fresh. I guess that's the only thing they're concerned about. You will feel disrespected when you leave here, Everytime, without fail. The only reason I go here is because it's the closest one to me. I think I'll just make the longer drive from here on out because it took them 35 minutes to get through 5 cars at the drive thru last night (12/23/21). I'm not exaggerating either. But once you're past the ordering area you're stuck because of how the parking lot is built. So no bailing after waiting 20 mins in the drive thru because your car is stuck in line.
The most ridiculous Wendy's I've ever been to except for maybe the one on Carrollton in new Orleans. It's crazy how they...
Read moreI don’t know who is working the window, but the guy is a serious jerk and does not need to be working there. Never have I ever been disrespected like that by anyone. Didn’t tell me my total. Didn’t tell me to pull up or drive around. Didn’t tell me after I pulled up how much the total was. He just looked at me like I’m some kinda of idiot. Then he gives my food and avoids eye contact completely. Gets my drink wrong. Didn’t give me sauce, and didn’t give me a straw. I sit there for 5 minutes while he’s circling around making drinks and talking to his staff like garbage. Then I finally get the attention of a front lobby cashier and he politely gets me the straw. Then after the fact, he takes his headset off and finally acknowledges me and said what’s wrong. I said he already got it. Didn’t say even say “oh ok my bad have a good night!”. No, instead he just doesn’t say a word and then he slams the sliding door in my face. Like bruh if you hate your job then quit. Don’t take it out on other people in the evening. I’m a business owner and if I had that kind of attitude on the job - fired. On the spot. Just...
