Last night after a very difficult day that began with getting someone to detox in Winston-Salem, scooping up a severely injured large snapping turtle from HWY 158 in Reidsville (trying to get it to vet this morning), and ended after seeing 5 more clients in Reidsville, NC, returning back to the office in Winston-Salem after driving 124 miles. I headed home to Walkertown & decided to order something quick & logged onto the app when I got to the parking lot but when I tried to change the location to Walkertown after making my selections, it processed it at the location on Akron drive. Frustrated & tired, I proceeded inside & explained my dilemma. I definitely did not want to & probably could not drive back to Winston-Salem! The front counter young man was nice & accommodating even though I'm sure he knew I was not happy! His manager Ms. Brittany stepped in as I was attempting to get the other store on the phone. Long story short, she made a call (to her supervisor???) and while I had to Taco Bell manager from Akron Drive (also very courteous & accomodating!), the two managers worked it out so I could pick up my items there. I will try to be extra careful from now on & trying to select the correct location BEFORE I make my food selections in the future but wanted to thank everyone there for helping me end my day on a positive note!!!! Read moreThis has to be one of the sorriest locations in NC!!!! Too many times I have come there and went to the drive thru and be missing food that I ordered and paid for once I got home with it. Now they have the mobile app like that is suppose to make things better but guess what…. IT DOESNT!!! I went there tonight to pick up my mobile order … literally waited in the drive thru line for half an hour… got home and once again … I have food missing that I paid for and burnt my gas to go pick up! Called and talked to a Manager … ( who sounds like he is 16 yrs old ) and asked if I could be refunded the money I spent for food I didnt get …. And he tells me yes , I can get a refund … IF I CALL THE 1-800 # !!!! Like are you serious!! Then tells me I can come back and he will give me the food Im missing … well No thanks !!! I refuse to waste my time and gas to go back when I shouldnt have to! They can take our hard earned money no problem but they sure wont refund it!!!! Guess this is one to mark off the list …. He hands me my drink with ice. I ordered no ice. I said this drink is not supposed to have ice. He gave me the worst look ever. Then holds out his hand and keeps repeating give it to me give it to me. I hand him the drink he throws the drink into the trash with force. Angry body posturing the whole time. Then he gives me the new drink and never once said anything. I then received my food and he shuts the window never ask me if I need any sauce or anything. Then he proceededs to take an order and finally looks over and sees I’m still sitting there. He opens the window and says yeah what you need. I said well I’d like mild and hot sauce. He then gives me one small handful of about six sauces. Now I order 12 soft and a Mexican pizza. Six sauces are not enough but honestly with his body language and attitude I just drove off. And it was not busy at all I was the only one at the restaurant until before I left another car pulled up to order. This is the kind of stuff that pisses ppl off that just spent 29 bucks...
