Last night after a very difficult day that began with getting someone to detox in Winston-Salem, scooping up a severely injured large snapping turtle from HWY 158 in Reidsville (trying to get it to vet this morning), and ended after seeing 5 more clients in Reidsville, NC, returning back to the office in Winston-Salem after driving 124 miles. I headed home to Walkertown & decided to order something quick & logged onto the app when I got to the parking lot but when I tried to change the location to Walkertown after making my selections, it processed it at the location on Akron drive. Frustrated & tired, I proceeded inside & explained my dilemma. I definitely did not want to & probably could not drive back to Winston-Salem! The front counter young man was nice & accommodating even though I'm sure he knew I was not happy! His manager Ms. Brittany stepped in as I was attempting to get the other store on the phone. Long story short, she made a call (to her supervisor???) and while I had to Taco Bell manager from Akron Drive (also very courteous & accomodating!), the two managers worked it out so I could pick up my items there. I will try to be extra careful from now on & trying to select the correct location BEFORE I make my food selections in the future but wanted to thank everyone there for helping me end my day on a positive note!!!! This has to be one of the sorriest locations in NC!!!! Too many times I have come there and went to the drive thru and be missing food that I ordered and paid for once I got home with it. Now they have the mobile app like that is suppose to make things better but guess what…. IT DOESNT!!! I went there tonight to pick up my mobile order … literally waited in the drive thru line for half an hour… got home and once again … I have food missing that I paid for and burnt my gas to go pick up! Called and talked to a Manager … ( who sounds like he is 16 yrs old ) and asked if I could be refunded the money I spent for food I didnt get …. And he tells me yes , I can get a refund … IF I CALL THE 1-800 # !!!! Like are you serious!! Then tells me I can come back and he will give me the food Im missing … well No thanks !!! I refuse to waste my time and gas to go back when I shouldnt have to! They can take our hard earned money no problem but they sure wont refund it!!!! Guess this is one to mark off the list …. Sorriest Customer Service Ive ever seen!!!!! Oh and by the way … the food I did get wasnt that great! Tacos were soggy … large order of fries that was only half full.. food tasted like it had been sitting there longer than...

Curtis working the drive Thur. Black male gang tattoos all over his arms. Shirt untucked. I pull up to window he does not greet me just yells out the price. I give him my card. He hands me my drink with ice. I ordered no ice. I said this drink is not supposed to have ice. He gave me the worst look ever. Then holds out his hand and keeps repeating give it to me give it to me. I hand him the drink he throws the drink into the trash with force. Angry body posturing the whole time. Then he gives me the new drink and never once said anything. I then received my food and he shuts the window never ask me if I need any sauce or anything. Then he proceededs to take an order and finally looks over and sees I’m still sitting there. He opens the window and says yeah what you need. I said well I’d like mild and hot sauce. He then gives me one small handful of about six sauces. Now I order 12 soft and a Mexican pizza. Six sauces are not enough but honestly with his body language and attitude I just drove off. And it was not busy at all I was the only one at the restaurant until before I left another car pulled up to order. This is the kind of stuff that pisses ppl off that just spent 29 bucks...

Management and staff was rude…after placing my order…the only comment I made was “Make sure it has extra chicken” ,which I paid for. Either the shift manager or whoever from the grilled area…”WE CAN READ…STEP AWAY FROM THE COUNTER!.”. I was like….nah. Took picture of the members of management staff listed on the wall, and requested a refund…I am not putting up with that kind of attitude. The coworkers on duty thinks it funny and a joke. Your job is to the customer and be polite, I did food service and there is no place for that. To the upper management over this location, look up the time slip, order number and time stamp for the employees on duty. And to the lady that made the comment about me making a review and saying “I don’t care what you do!”. Please find you another line of work, because you are completely out of line. Please have a member of management to reach out to me, post a email link.

placed a mobile order 10 minutes before we walked in, took them 30 more minutes to make our food, people who came in and ordered after us got their food before us. Once we finally got our food, they messed up one order that was supposed to have no sour cream (I am allergic to sour cream). They also forgot the main part of my meal so I had to go back up to the front to have it fixed. Once they made it and handed it back to me, i realized they had messed the order up again! It was supposed to be a beef chalupa with again no sour cream, they gave me a “chicken” chalupa that had one singular piece of chicken in it and was made manly of lettuce. Everything else we got in our order also had barely anything in it. Will not be eating here again.

I just ordered.. we usually get pretty good food from this location.. last couple of times tho the tomatoes and lettuce were so soggy it made the entire Chalupa a soggy wet mess… I didn’t complain.. but this time I ordered 2 combos and got all the way back home only for my husband and I both to find extremely long hairs in our chalupas…. I will not be returning to this location this is unacceptable one hair maybe I can understand but two hairs in two separate chalupas seems intentional and disgusting. I don’t even want to return to the location to get it replaced..🤢

I just ordered.. we usually get pretty good food from this location.. last couple of times tho the tomatoes and lettuce were so soggy it made the entire Chalupa a soggy wet mess… I didn’t complain.. but this time I ordered 2 combos and got all the way back home only for my husband and I both to find extremely long hairs in our chalupas….
