Wawa — Restaurant in Wall Township

I work directly across from Wawa and my colleagues and I always get lunch at 1310 Highway 34 (#929). I Ordered a panini and grabbed a bottle of water, which came to $13.50. Before leaving the store I asked the woman who making food for a paper carry out bag to carry my food to my office. She directs me to the cashier, I walk to the cashier and ask her for a paper bag to carry out my food to my office. She tells No “I Will have to buy a red bag”… I explained to her that I was placed my order and simply would like a bag to carry my food across the street to my office. She then call for management, to which I fully understand because she has to follow protocol. What I’m upset about is the manager (male) At 12:50pm Register #12 Trx#558431 came over, I explained I would like a bag to use to carry my food to the office across the road. He tell me No, they are for carry out only. I explained I’m carry my food to my office across the road and really won’t want to carry it in my hand. He Then Said Again NO!!! As A Former manager I was shocked and disappointed that he would allow a customer to ask for a refund on food $13.50 over a paper bag. Simple Kind Gesture of one bag would have been awesome, but instead he looked me up and down shrugged his shoulders and didn’t care… I went back to tell my colleagues and boss at Fiskars Not To Order our company lunches and meeting food from your establishment again. If you would make me, a paying customer feel like a burden over a paper bag, making our lunch as a company must be an even bigger burden. Not sure who this will reach but hope someone...

Stopped in on my way home after a long day, to grab a mango cream smoothie. I thought I'd be quick about it and order & pay for it right on the app so I could just run in & grab it a head home. Well... turns out I ordered and paid for it at the wrong store LOL UUUGGHH. Embarrassed, I asked the cashier if she could cancel the order somehow. She directed me over to the manager who was the nicest guy ever!! I felt embarrassed, and I HATE to waste food..but he saw that I had paid for it thru the app, & ordered me up another one! I said what should I do about the one they are making at the other store.. he said not to worry they could spoil it out.. it happens..no big deal. Thank you again to the awesome manager! THATS how custer service is done! I will make sure to shop at this store when I'm...

We were staying at a hotel nearby and don't know the area so this was our first time at this Wawa. When we pulled up to get gas, there was a truck with a bunch of kids hanging out in the parking lot blasting music. They were really creepy too and made me feel unsafe. We must've sat there for a good five minutes and almost left before the attendant finally came over to our car. Turns out he was hanging out with them the whole time. He looked like a real winner. Ridiculous. Then we went inside to buy something and everyone in there, customers and the person behind the register looked like they would be in an episode of Shameless. Felt really uneasy and they were all looking at us weird. Never coming back...
