We have been ordering Dominos for years. We’ve gone through many of the different owners and managers that have taken over. The newest owner/manage is one of the rudest we have ever had to encounter. Just recently we placed an order at 6:00pm we give them roughly an hour before we start to get agitated their tracker says it will be delivered between 30-45 mins so we give them some wiggle room in case there’s a delay. We never received our food by 7:00 so we gave the store a call only to be told there was a small complication but the food would be there in the next 15 mins. Totally fine we get that things happen. Fast forward to 8:00 our food was still not delivered. So we called the store again this time obviously upset and not happy about our experience, the manager said the driver would be there shortly. Did not offer to comp our order until my husband brought it up only then did the manager agree! We did not receive our order until 8:30-8:45!!!! We placed the order at 6:00!! I checked my bank account to see if we were refunded the money for the order and didn’t see anything so I waited a few days, come Tuesday I call the store again and spoke to the manager. He seemed to have to recollection of the issue at hand but said to come to the store for my refund. I headed there on Thursday and spoke to a manager that said he was only covering for the manager and he was just walking in. I spoke to that manager and he said he too was covering for someone that was out and that he didn’t know what I was talking about, I explained that who ever I talked to on the phone told me I could pick up the cash for my refund. He rudeeely! Got an attitude and said they don’t give cash refunds, so I explained that I was only telling him what the manager!!!! (Which ever one that was) had told me. I ended up putting the refund back on my card and still have not seen it put back on my statement. I’m going to give it a few more days. I tried to order a small pizza for delivery, the manager told me that it wasn’t enough money for delivery ($15 he said was the minimum.) ok fine, said I’d pick it up. Immediately, i go on their online ordering site to see if that was even true (it’s not). I called them back to cancel that order so I can order online for delivery instead. (mind you about two minutes went by since I originally called.) A girl answered and was nice about it. I get a phone call back almost immediately and the only thing he says after I said hello was “so why are you wasting my food?” I said excuse me? He says it again. I say, I didn’t know it was against the law to cancel my order. He says yes it is, then proceeded screaming, yelling and swearing at me for cancelling my order. I was baffled and told him that is NOT how you speak to a customer and he needs to work on his customer service skills. I thought this was the rudest thing. Read moreDriver and manager were both rude. Driver delivered to the wrong address twice despite my address being correct on my order validation. I had to call to see where my order was for it to be delivered to the right address. it came 2 hours late. When the driver did reach my house he was very rude. He said “I’m going to get in trouble with my manager” like it was my fault he delivered to the wrong location twice. He lectured me for about a minute before even giving me my food. I left a review on the order and the manager called me afterwards and said “I’m sorry you said our driver was rude, but he said he wasn’t.” What in the world am I supposed to say to a nonapology. Very frustrating experience. I’ve never had problems with this location before and am disappointed to have to write this. Hope the new management can do better.
