Glazy Donuts(Breakfast only) — Restaurant in Wallingford

Nice shop to go to with a variety of donuts as well as other breakfast options .The ambience was good, the place was accessible and very close to main road, the donuts taste like Cinnabons they are really tasty and they have a lot of varieties, dine in is available, parking is on road, good place to hangout with friends for a small break.Fantastic doughnuts. They have a unique heartiness to them, almost as if they used a blend of regular and whole wheat flour. Yet there is still a lightness to the dough, I wish I knew how to describe it. Of the ~2 dozen, there were 4 vegan donuts. The jelly donut was AWESOME. The jelly they used was rich and had a great flavor; it wasn't like those donut shops that use the cheap jelly. Me and my coworker ordered this for lunch. I got the steak quesadilla deluxe. The food was okay, very greasy, but I found a hair in it. So I know these things happen as an accident, threw out the piece. I continued to eat until I find yet another hair a couple bites later. I am completely disgusted. Me and my coworker both felt queezy after this. I called the restaurant, and the man offered to bring new lunches, but I was so disgusted to eat their food, so I got a refund but he proceeded to tell me that his cooks wear hats, and that it’s prolly the place he gets the food from. That he serves quality food, and that you can’t get it anywhere else. He was telling me they get all good reviews, and this never happens to them. Stopped by on my way to NY tried a GoodToGo order, I will I was surprised by the quantity of donuts. Unfortunately and I don't want to be harsh as GoodToGo is used to stop food from going to waste, but these donuts were really stale and just barely edible. Which surprised me because the donuts given to me came straight from what was on the shelves for the day, I got there around 3:30 and they closed at 8 according to Google. If you do try them maybe try to get them as they open and are fresh. The donuts with cereal with the easiest to eat for some reason but the rest were just dry, stale to the point that it was hard to try and finish.
