Gold Star — Restaurant in Wallingford

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered delivery. $80 worth. Took almost an hr to deliver. They didn't give us 3 items that where ordered and when we called to tell then that told us to either come pick it up or wait an hr for it to be delivered. We went to pick it up of course. And the lady at the front was rude, told us one of the items we where missing wasn't even charged and we would not be getting it because they don't give out free food. This obviously didn't go over too well. We eventuality where given our food and shoo'd out the door. Checking the food, they gave us the item in question but left out the entrée we where missing originally aswell. And when we called back we where hung up on 3 times and told to call...

I have been eating there for years. Their food is delicious,however, today was the last time I ever patronize them again. I love 1.7 miles away and called for delivery. Whoever answered the phone didn't speak English. I asked the radius of the delivery area is and he hung up in my face. Called back and he hung up again. When I went to pick up the food, the ignorant man said that he can't answer the radius cause his driver is eating right now. I disagreed. He called me a swear and started screaming. I order fried chiken wings with fried rice almost every restaurant I go for Chinese. Today I order from this place they gave me 2 wings without the drums attached and gave me 3 drums. It cost 20$ and some change with crab ragoon. I order the same thing from oriental express. Oriental express gave me a a eggroll with my food and it cost 17 dollars with 4 full chicken wings and they are 100x times friendlier. Not sure why gold star is being so cheap and charging top dollar. I would recommend oriental express in wallingford over this place any day of the year. Take the extra 5 mins and drive to...
