Probably one of the worst meals I've had in my life. I went based on all the 5* reviews. First of all it's such an awkward setting, it's definitely not a dine in restaurant. They had no high chair for my toddler. The steam table food was not even warm. The meat was about 80% fat and my crispy pata was literally just a friend bone, literally no meat on it at all. We had to ask for drinks and silverware. Please don't be fooled by the other reviews, I'm assuming they got their friends to rate them. I drove over an hour to get to the only Filipino restaurant in CT, such a waste of time. We literally drove straight to another restaurant to get food afterwards. I'm Filipino and this was supposed to be a late Mother's Day dinner and I was embarrassed to have brought my family there. After walking in my wife literally said "are we eating here?" It looks like a rundown corner store, I should've gone w her instincts and left right away. If you want great Filipino food don't go here.
In response to your reply. I did not expect fine dining. I expected edible warm food. I'm sure there is also a reason you don't post a picture of your dining area, it's embarrassing. I paid good money to eat at your "restaurant" and I would expect at least a sincere apology in your response, but I guess you are fine w subpar food, service and environment....
