1/31/23 I got together with fellow retiree Ron M here, in their new location, after a long absence on my part. Although putting out a very different, more upscale vibe than their former location, I'd have to say I like them both equally well. The old place had a comfortable "dive bar" feel while this place has high ceilings and a classier decor. Both great to me. Their menus are on those Q-code thingies that make it easier to reflect rapidly changing prices and are less susceptible to passing along whatever the virus of the week is. Only problem was that my dining partner was unable to download it, so I sent it to him via text. That was a bit convoluted! One star off for that inconvenience. The menu hasn't changed much since I last visited (not a bad thing). We started with a plate of 10 Buffalo wings that were just spicy enough without being too hot. Ron chose the cheesesteak sub that was LOADED with as he described it, "very tender" very thin slices of beef w/onions & peppers. It's offered with a choice of five different cheeses. I think I know what I'll have on my next visit. I had what is normally an app of 6 "pig wings" or shanks w/BBQ sauce and a honey/horseradish sauce that makes for a sweet/savory combo. It's a great addition to these "wings". They were, as I remembered, very flavorful and filling. I took home five of the six after eating most of the Buffalo wings. Service was very prompt and upbeat, checking in a couple of times to ask how everything was and for refills on our soft drinks. Looks like another great pub to put into...

I come here regularly and usually have a very good experience however today the food was sub par. 4 person order and all of our food didn't come out at the same time. 3 people got their food but I did not. It wasn't until 5 minutes or more after the people in my party were half way through their meals that my meal came out. It was just a hot dog, whenwthere were 3 other hot dogs in my party that came out on time. there was also a side of tator tots that didn't come out for another 5 minutes which makes no sense because someone else in our party had a side of tots and got theirs with their meal. I'm a server myself and was very displeased that our server didn't once state when our tables food was dropped that the last meal was going to be a few minutes. It wasn't until I asked where my food was that I was told it would be it soon. On top of that we ordered a buffalo chicken wrap to find no chicekc in the wrap. Very disappointed that there were only 3 small oiecep only a size of a nickle of chicken in the wrap, it was all lettuce. Now another person in our group is waiting for their food because they took it back to fix it. No apologies for our bad service but luckily we did get the chicken less wrap taken off our bill. Its not even that busy in here today, no excuses. Luck they have good beer. We will be back and hope for a better...

it was a typical loud bar, nothing special. cheap looking, metal chairs. looks like a fast food kind of dining area. went here cause we heard the food was good. yea, the onion rings were good. but not anything spectacular. this is the 1st and only place that we were asked to leave. No, not because of something we did…we were asked to leave because other people were waiting to be seated. How RUDE! i was meeting old friends we had each drove an hour or more to meet there to catch up. i was shocked and we got up and left out of pure shock and anger. Even if we had paid and sat there for another hour, that is our right as paying customers. how many times do u eat, pay, and hang out a few mins to finish ur drink or pick at the food when your at a restaurant right? well we didnt even do that! we literally paid the check and got back the book to sign the receipt. signed it, put the pen down and over comes a guy who works there (not our waiter) and says "hey guys sorry but could u leave, we have a line." we were like uhhhh ok and got up and left. i will never go back. that is just rude. period. i've been to many busy restaurants and i have never heard of someone asking a guest to leave the second they pay. first bad experience i've had at a restaurant that makes me not want to...

This is by no means a bad spot. The service was a little hit and miss, orders were correct but it took a long time in between visits from our waitress. Most of the food was perfectly cooked, hot and ready to eat. However my guest's sweet potato fries were c-o-l-d. Additionally at least two tables came after us and left way before us by no fault of ours. The brisket was delicious, and the smoke ring was unbelievable. And it was definitely a flavorfull smoke ring too. Cheese curds were hot and fresh. Absolutely delicious, but the amount of dipping marinera was a bit lacking. Additionally, while more economical, I'm not a fan of "scan this for the menu". Just a personal preference. Vibe and atmosphere was nice and it had a "decorated for Christmas but in our style" vibe that I appreciated. All in all, not a terrible place for a bite to eat, but nothing to really entice me back the next time I'm in the area.

I've been here a few times for a pint or two, but I think this weekend is the first time I ordered food. I got a BBQ burger cooked medium well. I've learned to order this way at most places because medium is usually practically raw, and medium well ends up being medium, which is what I want. And that's mostly what I got - a fair amount of pink, but it was a little too dry. Even with all the toppings it seemed to be lacking some flavor. I did very much enjoy the onion rings, though. My girlfriend ordered the veggie burger and, should I go back for food again, I will order that next time. It was very tasty and had a nice crunch on the outside while maintaining a softer inside with plenty of flavor.

Stop by the relocated Restaurant and it was just ok. No menus just stapled pages together, no wine list or drink list. Was really disappointed in the food and the experience, I was hoping for a different type if experience Came in for late lunch staff and food great as always but the music was so loud. Heard 3 different styles of music kitchen rap, wplr main dining room and soft rock on the bar area. We left with a headache and not happy. Did ask to have it turned down to be able to hear each other but still heard all 3. Management should decide on one STYLE for the whole place. NOT A NORMAL EXPERIENCE
