This place is truly amazing. It's run under Japanese ownership, always has since it opened. I've been going here since 1994, and although the original owner "Terry" sold it in the mid 2000's, it has not changed for the worse.
The food is always fresh and service is always friendly, polite and respectful... just like in Japan. They greet you with the traditional "You are Honorably welcome" in Japanese.
I personally like Salmon so I order the H&D roll. It's brilliant! Another good roll is the Crunch Roll.
The prices are fair for the amount of food they serve. The portions are big!
Make sure you order the Deep Fried Green Tea Ice Cream. You can't find it anywhere and it's to die for!!!
Cheers!

It's okay to raise prices due to the times we are in, but the higher price always made up for the generous serving. Now, there isn't much value to be had. It was tasty, but I'm out $40 and still hungry...

Their selection is typical of California Sushi spots and their people are busy with clients and keeping the place moving. So far, this one is better than others...
