D'Sopranos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Walnutport

Called in an order on 10/23/2020 @ 6:35pm for a large cheesesteak w/sauce & onion,Buffalo Wrap w/blue cheese dressing, 2 orders of fryies, an order of cheese fryies, mozzarella sticks, 12 inch Italian hoagie with vinegar dressing. our order # was 3 the girl who took my order said 40 minutes. Pull in went in, told the girl at counter my #3....its not ready to go...so waited..they were busy and others were waiting. We didn't get our food till almost 7:30pm. Take it home,unwrap everything...its all there. Unfortunately the cheese fries were cold to the point the mozzarella was hardened back in its form. The Italian Hoagie either had no vinegar or was so light it was undetectable. The Buffalo Wrap was missing its Blue cheese dressing. So disappointing..considering as we waited inside for them to finish our order after the allowed time quoted...and this is how our order turned out. Didnt even want to call and discuss the order, as after leaving with our food calls were comming in asking where their food was. The owner could really use a bigger space for his business, as this location limits their ability to serve a large number of orders on a busy night. over all the food has a good taste long as you get it hot and fresh and not missing dressings as requested. I dont recommend them at busy times or peak season...maybe you'll have better luck...

Who allows this? Huge fail on customer service 101. Never once did anyone greet me, or ask me if I could wait a few minutes before being helped because I would have gladly waited. I stood in line and walked up to the counter when it was my turn only to have a customer walk up behind me and reach around me to put their dirty dishes in front of me! The plate was disgusting and the woman was way to far into my space. The person behind the counter never said a word then reached around me and proceeded to take her cup, fill it with soda, and give it to her. So I backed up to allow the woman to get her soda and leave the counter. Once again I walked up to the counter and the person who was standing directly in front of me, looked at me, completely ignored me and walked away to the cash register and started ringing up 4 people who walked to the register AFTER me. Made my first visit here about a week ago. Came in for a Salad and a Pizza. First let me say the staff, while younger, are extremely nice. The portion of the salad we ordered was huge... and the veggies all crisp and fresh nothing seems out of date or out of place... the olives and tomatoes popped with flavor, even the onions had pop and I like a strong flavorful onion as does my dining partner.

The Pizza was good, Not the best I have had definitely not the worst, but I grew up in the NYC metropolitan area so it is hard to match that pizza and everything else compared to NYC pizza is kind of an afterthought... however it was flavorful and the toppings were plentiful. Because we did enjoy our meal we did say we would go back at a later date to order a sandwich to see how they compare. Prices are reasonable and it is in an easy to get in and out of location with plenty of...
