It's absolutely ridiculous to sit in the drive through almost 15 minutes and no one is moving so I drove the hell away! All they really have working in the evening is kids anymore there needs to be an adult manager of some sort that is working in the evenings as well! Because they also have gotten my order wrong or it wasn't any good quality when I've gotten food in the evening as well here lately. There is no excuse for why they cannot have one of the adult managers working at night, if they just don't want to work at night they need to be replaced with someone who is willing to do that! You cannot have just kids working at a restaurant like that especially in the evening when it's going to be most busy! I used to love this dunkin' donuts more than any other dunkin' donuts but now it has become the worst one anywhere around me! You need to have adults working at this place in the evening time! If you want awful tasting coffee this is the spot! Every single time they manage to screw up a simple coffee order! I use the mobile app every order to make it simple for them to simply read the order off the screen. Yet these idiots can not do that correctly. Yeah I will be calling corporate again on this location. It's a shame it's the only local Location. Otherwise I would be going to another Dunkin or coffee shop. I spoke with the manager Linda before about a prior order that was messed up and she claims they really don't make mistakes and if they would they quickly correct them if that's the case....well I go fairly often and so does my husband yet both of us get fair share of crappy coffee from this location. To get home and taste your coffee and find out it's wrong and nasty it is NOT worth the drive back. I utilize the Dunkin’ app for on the go orders so I don’t have to stand and wait. This location is forever messing up my orders though, I don’t order a lot normally just a single drink and maybe something to eat. They constantly skip an entire items on orders, I do not know if it has something to do with their process of receiving the orders and sorting them out to whoever makes them. I think it should be addressed something is obviously going wrong. Today they made me a caramel macchiato however it taste like a gingerbread man? I didn’t order pumpkin spice but this is clearly the flavor that was put into it, The on the go order sticker on my drink is correct just the wrong flavor was put into it it seems to me they just were not paying attention.
