McDonald's — Restaurant in Walnutport

As a new resident in Walnutport PA I have finally found an incredible McDonald’s that scores high in all areas. Let me share my experience: I open my McDonald’s app to order, and as soon as I submitted no more than five seconds later, the cashier yelled out my name, and gave me my large soda cup. With tears welling up in my eyes from disbelief, I gladly accepted the cup, and as I walked away, she said that my food should be ready in five minutes! Sure enough, my food was ready well packaged and I haven’t gotten to the best part yet! When I got home, which is only two minutes away by car. I opened up the bag, and the quarter pound burgers looked exactly like the pictures. That’s when the tears started rolling (from sheer joy)🥹. The fries were hot and salted perfectly. WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! A piece of hair was hanging out of my hamburger (which I'm grateful for), Which led me to take off the bun to find a bug in my sandwich... Not to mention the grease, condiments, and salt on it outweighed the Sandwich itself. My soda was flat with no ice inside of it, and the fries were as if they had been made at least an hour in advance! Most disgusting place I have ever been. I don't know Who "Jessy" is but he told me that I was being a "baby" over the situation and to take my business across the street to Burger King. My food was not replaced, and my money was not refunded. Unless you have an attorney in advance or money to donate to this franchise, I suggest you find ANYWHERE...

If you want your order correct make sure if you go through the drive-thru that you then have to pull over into the parking lot and double and triple check your meal don't forget to ask for a receipt or your food will be wrong or to try and solve that issue go inside and order your food up front. The purpose of the drive-thru is convenience and I don't have to go out of my car and about every other time I go to McDonald's my order is usually wrong I don't usually call and complain or go back but I'm sick of spending a lot of money and not getting my order completed.
