Pizza is great, Timings are worst!

The place is close to several other pizza joints and stands out as one of the best one out there for an Italian style pizza. Agree with other reviewers, their pizza is amazing. Crust is perfect and ingredients seem fresh.

Reason for deducting two stars: Unpredictable hours.

Their website states they are open till 9 PM every day., but for the past 5 times I have attempted to order from there in past 1 year, I could order only once, rest of the times they had closed before 8:00 PM. The guys will still be there inside, but door will be locked. Once I called them at 8:15 PM on Friday evening for ordering, and they said they closed taking order. I asked your hours are till 9, and they just hang up. The other day I went at 11:00 AM for lunch and they were still not open. Once I placed order online on their website, and it said my pick up time is 9:10 PM. I also received am email stating the same. The hours on the website stated they are open till 9:30 on Friday. But then the store calls me at 8:45 and says they close at 9 and I should be there before 9 to pick up. I asked them their website and my online order stated 9:10 PM pickup time and they had no sorry nothing. Just come before 9 and take your pizza.

Due to such unreliability in their timing, I have had to make trips all the way 10 miles from my home and come in back without food. The place is just a take-out place, no dine in and still couldn’t manage regularity in their timing.

EXCELLENT food-especially their speciality, Margharita pizza- this isn't your average pizza joint, but authentic Italian deliciousness! However, there seem to be consistent service issues especially with delivery. I LOVE the pizza, way better then the chains, and I highly recommend it. I don't know any other places locally like it. But delivery is always..and I mean always, running quite behind. I'm always given a 40min estimate, but it's never under an hour. I just wish they would over estimate instead of under--nothing worse than sitting around waiting. When I opted for pickup to avoid this I went in at designated time & was told my pizza hadn't even been put in yet. I HATE to give them less than 5 stars because food like this is SO needed in this area, but I hope they will take this as constructive criticism and iron...

Ok, staff seemed grumpy, not happy to be there. We ordered large buffalo calzone to-go (that is what they recommended to me as a customer favorite). We brought it home to share and it was not excellent, ....chicken tasted dried-out, very little cheese, and most of the filling was thrown in the middle so there is like 3” of plain crust at the outside. Overall it was a dissapointment, didn’t seem like the staff cares much about quality and that is exactly how it tasted. The good news is they have a lot of opportunity to improve.
