I think if you are from Mexico or Central America, this place will feel very familiar. If you are expecting the typical americanized Mexican restaurant... This probably isn't the place. Like if you wanted a cheese enchilada with melted yellow cheese oozing out of it, you wouldn't find that here. The menu is the photos of the food on the wall.

You will find an authentic Mole. Delicious Mexican barbeque chicken. Tacos topped with crema instead of sour cream, queso dura instead of cheddar, etc...

Also, they have a selection of produce and spices if you're attempting to make Mexican food at home. Their mangos were perfectly ripe, though we didn't take any with us. They had plantains and a variety of dried chillies, all of which matter if you are like me and know just enough to be unrealistically proud of yourself for making three types of salsa, plus some fried plantains.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious and a great value. We will absolutely come back the next time we are...

So authentic, so good, so fresh.

Me and my coworkers came in and got a nice waitress right away.

The chips were freshly made, warm and crisp.

I got pozole and gorditas con asada and lingua; both of which were delicious. The meat was tender and the tongue was actually my favorite, so much flavor. The pozole was a bigass bowl, it's an entree, served with the tosatadas and a generous side plate for toppings,

Onion, radish, cilantro, lime wedges.

Tons of pork in there, not spicy but warm and good. I don't know what else youd want out of a mexican restaurant. If i lived around here I'd be a regular.

They are also a grocery and it all looked good. Big cheese selection and...

Not easy to find authentic latino food in SC! It was amazing and we live in Florida . Reading the racist comments from the locals .. my wife is white from Michigan and they treated her with respect all the employees spoke english too not surprising the south people are like that if anyone is oppressed in SC its the latinos who do all the jobs the lazy locals wont. Ignore that, good food and friendly staff. My wife is a Irish white girl from Michigan and we were treated with ❤️ will always eat here when coming thru 95. Obviously not true since you can see whites and blacks Locals giving reviews and posting pics. Quick to pull the race card latinos are 3% of this town’s...
