Burger King — Restaurant in Waltham

As a student from the area, this is always a convenient for a quick lunch or late dinner. However, though most of the employees are nice, the food is some of the worst I’ve had at a Burger King. I’m sure there is much worse, but the vegetables in their burgers are old and wilted, the meat tastes like it has been refrozen 6 times, and everything else is just meh.

The inside of the establishment itself is gross. The soda fountains have bugs swarmed around them and the labels for each soda has been worn off or broken through. The floors are sticky and the seats look like they are covered in cigarette residue.

This is where it gets weird though, I am now afraid to go in there as I have seen the manager or owner throw out middle and high school students over nothing. They walk in and order their food, and when they come back to receive it she starts yelling at them to never come back. At first I thought maybe the kids had previously done something but now this has happened to a few groups while I was there. She is also brutal to the employees, which probably explains for the bad food and gross restaurant.

The Haitian woman working at the drive thru in the evening is the worst .. her attitude is the worst . She literally throw my food in the car instead of handing it to me . My cheese and onions were under my hot dog bun in the hoydog container not even on the hot dog .They don't understand English I had to tell them 20 times and I'm not exaggerating what I wanted on my hotdog . And I am not racist but us As Americans here we speak English. How can we order food at restaurants if the people cannot speak English and understand ? Something has to be done about these timers that they have the employees on. These are human beings working not robots. Plus this is making them hurry up and throw our food together any kind of way... you get cold fries.. the fries all down in the bottom of the bag... your sandwich all messed up. I wish other people would complain because this is not fair to the employee and this is not fair to the customers. Come on everybody let's stand up for what's right. Plus these people are not getting paid that much money to put up...

This Burger King has redeemed itself, I used to leave a 2 star review here for this place because the management was very rude and the food was always cold and it seemed like it was a terrible place to get Burger King compared to moody street. But I have to say whoever is managing the place now and the employees that are here now are so friendly and the food is always piping hot so it's now my regular stop on my way to work, I just really appreciate whoever turned this place around and made it into a respectable fast food joint. Whoever the manager is shut out to you everyone is always friendly at the window now and the food is never ever cold that used to be my number...
