Today was their opening day. I wanted to try them as I like their mission statement and their commitment to supporting charities, and I'm also trying to support local businesses whenever possible. The coffee and the chocolate croissant that I had were good, a bit better than Starbucks and Dunkin's IMHO, and their prices are similar to Starbucks. The atmosphere was a comfortable, friendly vibe, and I could see this being popular with Brandeis and Bentley students. I believe that they have Wi-Fi access as I saw several people working on their laptops. I will return, probably often.
I have no complaints, but I do have a couple of suggestions. They offer cream, skim milk, and oat milk to lighten their coffee. I would add whole milk as many people prefer it to cream, and I prefer my iced coffee that way. They offer a ceramic coffee cup for in-house consumption, but only in their small size. Adding a large mug would allow us who are consuming on-premises not to have to choose between a large in a paper cup or a small in a ceramic cup. Both are minor points and...

EDIT: I've tried a couple baked goods, they've been fine at best. The scones specifically are...

This is my go to spot on my days off. Food is a little pricey for pre-made,however I do love the coffee. Two things, when I went in a few weeks ago I ordered the ham and cheese croissant. I got my coffee and a plain croissant. I said I ordered the ham and cheese. I was told they might be out. I waited ten minutes, finally went up to the counter and explained the snafu. I finally got it,but was charged an extra two dollars and some change when there's a fixed price for it. Second, went in yesterday. The nice young man took my order, however he had his shirt tucked up so you can see his belly button. I understand it's hot,but...
