Jocos Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Waltham

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I went with friends on a Saturday night and we ordered drinks and some food before we were going out. We waited for our food for over an hour and when it finally came out, we were missing some of our order. They agreed to comp our meal because it had been so long, but then as we were leaving the manager came out and started yelling at us. He threw away all of our food and told us that we could get it from the trash if we wanted it. He then accused us of having fake IDs (we don't, we are all over 21 and offered to let them scan our IDs) and screamed at us as we walked...

Jocos is a great Moody st dive bar with good food. It’s somewhat small so seating for a large group can be hard. The staff is super friendly and the beers are cold. My friend and I got burgers which were very good, however my other friend got the tacos and they were lacking in seasoning and flavor. Great bar spot though, sometimes they have live bands and on Mondays it’s 25 cent wings and half off appetizers so that’s awesome. Overall, it’s one of Moody st’s more fun bars...

I ordered a BBQ Burger through Uber eats from here. When it was delivered, I picked up the burger and it felt "flimsy", and after I took two bites, I saw it was red on the inside. At that point I "opened" the burger and realized it was COMPLETELY RAW. On the website, it did not ask how I wanted the burger cooked, but I didn't think I had to specify that I wanted it edible and safe to eat. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A SAFE, FULLY...
