Guanachapi's Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Waltham

Amazing food but Jennifer has a nasty attitude! I've been wanting this place since I went back to Philly a few weeks ago, and now that I'm back, I decided to patronize them again. I went in to order takeout, the first girl redirected me. Ok cool. I went into the second room, and no one was there. A girl came out (twice actually) and overlooked me both times. An old man hit the bell (I guess to tell them someone was there), and Jennifer was called. Told her I wanted to order, she asks did I order already. I said no, she replies "what do you want?" I've always preferred this place before Guanachapi's on Moody St which is a mess but the last two times I've visited this place and noticed the food they serve is reheated in a microwave, this last time I had to ask the waitress to reheat the food, but obviously it is not the same and I decided on rice with beans, because the meat and seafood were still cold, lately I have noticed that the parking lot is completely empty and there are not so many people who visit this place to eat with family, when you enter you only see people in the bars drinking liquor but it's not...

The servers are always nice and welcoming, they speak both Spanish and English. My ex and I go here for an early dinner every Thursday. Always greeted like family. He is Spanish, I am not, and don't speak Spanish at all, but the server goes out of her way to speak to me in English even while my ex is controlling the conversation in Spanish.
