In from out of town and ordered from TJ's pizza on Loomis Ave because I remember how good the food used to be.. boy have things changed. Placed an order for delivery to our hotel was charged for the delivery but was then called almost a hour after ordering and was told they don't deliver the 6.7 miles to the hotel. So I went to pick up our food that was sitting there waiting and getting cold. When I arrived to pick up the food I asked about refunding the delivery fee I was charged to which I was promised I would get refunded and still have not received. They also forgot the garlic bread I paid for so I had to stand and wait for that all while my already cold food got even colder. So all in all I ended up with a cold calzone, hard dense zepolles (also cold), salad with the wrong dressing(ranch when I ordered french), and cold shrimp scampi. The only thing right on my order was the 2lt bottle of Pepsi. Very disappointed in how much this place has changed.they used to be amazing and now it's seems like they don't value customer satisfaction as they used to. They don't even care enough to refund money owed to their customers.

Used to be the best pizza in Sussex and we have ordered every weekend, however for the 3rd time in a row we were told 45 minutes and the order didn't show for over an hour and a half. They also just recently started charging us an extra 5 dollars as we are now 1 mile outside of their new "delivery area". Our order showed up tonight and it was barely warm and wrong. We called and asked for a new pizza since we don't eat pepperoni and our receipt clearly states bacon and were told they would only give us a $5 credit for a $15 pizza that we won't eat! We asked to speak to the manager and some tough guy gets on the phone and says to my fiancé what do you want me to do about it? Seriously? First off if you're a manager, customer service and making things right should be your first priority. Secondly if you think getting tough with a woman on the phone is the right approach to take you shouldn't be managing anything! EVER! Then the deliver driver calls apologizing because they blamed it on him instead of owning up to their mistake when our name is clearly on the box. I feel bad for the people that have to work for this manager. There's 3 other pizza places in Sussex and we will give them our hard earned money from now on....
