I've been here a few times, and my experience for the first couple was typical for a diner. Service was ok. And our food was typical diner food. Had a good time with my friend. Yesterday, however, was absolutely terrible and inappropriate, from the servers to the management. To keep this short, I'm going to give bullet points.

I got the Texas burger with bacon, cheddar and BBQ sauce, then upgraded to deluxe which adds lettuce, tomato, onion rings and bacon. It also includes fries or chips, and a soup. I told my server I have to eat gluten free and ordered it without the bun.

Asked if any soups are gluten free. She hesitated to ask someone who knows (like the kitchen), so looked at the list and tried to guess. Told me the chicken noodle and and matza ball soup would be gluten free. i knew they wouldn't be, as noodles and matza are made from wheat. And asked if the tomato rice soup was. She said it definitely is. I asked he to please ask the kitchen. She finally agreed to ask someone and cam back to tell me all of their soups contain gluten.

Since I couldn't get the soup that came with my burger I asked if I could substitute it with anything. She did go in the back and ask, and told me they don't offer substitutions. So, no soup, ok. And nothing to take its place. Ok. Thats their policy, fine.

When my burger cam out there were 2 pieces of bacon. So, I asked about the bacon for paying for deluxe. My server said well it should be there. I had to ask her again to go ask about it. Another server came out and told me that because my burger already contained bacon, you don't get more when you upgrade to deluxe. We went back and forth trying to clarify what the menu says, and what you're paying for when you get deluxe add ons. Ultimately, they were very annoyed but agreed to add on the deluxe bacon. They brought me one tiny little sliver and dropped it on the table.

At that point my burger was cold because I had waited through all of this to show them how my burger was given to me so they would know exactly what the issue was. And I didn't want to eat it cold, so I got a to-go box, cashed out a left. Yes, I did tip my server - 20%.

The actual manager was not in, so waited until this morning to call. Just got off the phone with him. He's like Jekyll and Hyde. First time I met him, he was sooo nice. But if there is a problem or he is frustrated, the opposite. I asked If he could help me understand the deluxe add on for burgers, then wanted to share my experience with him. I asked what deluxe means and what you get. He said you pay $2 more and get bacon and onion rings. I said does that apply to all burgers? He said, and I quote "Can you get to the point?" He was obviously annoyed, and I lost total interest in understanding or a resolution. So I hung up, and won't be back. Which is probably how...

The first time we were here after break time took over was this summer. The food was not like it was before when it was the old place. The coffee was super dark no matter how much creamer I put in it it would not lighten up. The soup was ah okay . The eggs benedict hollandaise sauce was very dried out and clumpy. My husband's eggs were overcooked and his steak was pretty much unedible. And to end the night awkwardly our waitress came over and said to my husband can I ask you something without you getting mad ?? We both looked at each other like what ? She then proceeds to ask him which CF facility he was in ??? We were both confused? like what are you talking about??? and she was referencing a correctional facility. I have no idea where that came from except for my husband is covered in tattoos. We sort of laughed it off but thought it was kind of rude. She said he looked like he was in one. Very weird thing to ask and say to a couple that's out to dinner. We probably won't be back.

Old review *This was our first time here since it became the Country House Diner. We got breakfast and the food was great the eggs are cooked perfect the pancakes were good the scrapple was a nice thick cut. Coffee was great our waitress was wonderful along with the rest of the staff...

Ate here for the 1st time Sunday March 3rd 2024 with 2 friends My Greek salad was good, ordered Meatloaf which was dry & tough as leather, gravy was very tasty with maybe a hint of Curry, Brussel sprouts and beets which were supposed to be pickled but were not! I can live with the meat etc. But it was the 2 black thin hairs in my food that was unnerving! I didn't say anything to the staff, I was just thankful that I didn't get them in my mouth I found them beforehand and put them on a napkin! My one friend got the dried Pork loin with mushy wet stuffing, sweet potatoes & French fries for which he asked to have before his meal but did not arrive! My other buddy ordered Chicken Stir fry which he said was hot spicy and too wet for his tastebuds, he also had the not so pickled beets and Brussels, also his Greek salad which he said was good, they were thankfully spared the add in hairs to their meals! Well needless to say we won't be returning, I heard some good things about this place from friends and thats why we gave it a try! I'd say don't bother unless you enjoy...

I recently stopped by Break Time Diner & Restaurant in Warminster for breakfast and was delighted by the generous portions and perfect execution. My ham-and-cheddar omelet arrived piping hot, on the side, the scrapple was cooked just right—golden and crisp outside, yet soft and flavorful within. My dining companion Cindy ordered the Eggs Benedict with asparagus and spinach, artfully presented in an oblong bowl that cleverly corralled every drop of the rich hollandaise. We were pleasantly surprised to find three eggs instead of the standard two—kudos for the extra helping! The staff were warm and welcoming, though our server didn’t check back to see if we needed more coffee or anything else. All told, it’s a friendly spot with standout breakfast fare—I’ll gladly return whenever I’m in the area.

Wonderful diner with tons of choices to choose from at any meal. I enjoyed the Seafood Paradise, which came with an appetizer, soup or salad, and dessert. My husband has the chicken marsala and his meal also comes with an appetizer, soup or salad, and dessert. All the food was tasty and fresh, came out hot and my husband said that the French onion soup was perfect! The wait staff was very nice and we met one of the owners; he was super nice and happy to make us feel welcome. The pricing was reasonable and we cannot wait to try more of the menu so we will have to come back again soon! The parking lot had ample space and it was easy to find.

A friend and I were thrift store shopping today and decided to go get an early dinner. Found this gem through GPS search. Great first time experience eating here. We don't live in the area but will definitely come back to try more. Great food, service, and pricing! I had an Open-faced Turkey Ruben Melt, came with soup, fries, Cole slaw & pickles. Was very good, but I wasn't very hungry. My friend had a NY strip steak, salad, fries, & Cole slaw. (He had my soup I didn't want - NE clam chowder) Sorry, I forgot to get a picture of his meal. He enjoyed it very much.
