Purchased a beautiful kitchen set from Creative Dinettes in 2016 and unfortunately one of the chairs broke. We contacted the people at Creative Dinettes and they were 100% user friendly. We were hoping they would contact the manufacturer and order us a new exact chair. They looked up our set on their computer system and informed us that not only would they contact the manufacturer on our behalf, but that the chairs carried a 10 year guarantee! This was a fabulous experience! The sales staff were all friendly, helpful and patient. The Warminster store is packed with so many great and quality options. Our sales representative, Robert listened to our needs and offered great advice in making our choice. We have received our dinette set and it is more beautiful than we imaged it would be, perfect fit for our newly remodeled kitchen.

Creative Dinettes was so great to buy from! The sales person at the Warminster store was so kind, helpful, and not pushy. When we bought our table in December, they were also able to hold it until delivery the following month until after we moved. When the gentlemen delivered, they were kind and courteous and so helpful. They set everything up quickly, were mindful about not tracking in mud from the rain (without me asking), and showed me how to use the leaf underneath.
