Clean, well lit, and fun space. Feels like a retro throwback.

The ice cream, service, and experience is the BEST in the area, and yes I've been to the "other" place down the road.

The owner at Big Scoop always remembers me and my favorite order. She is happy to help with a smile.

They always have each flavor in stock and a ton of options to choose from. (Cookie Monster Milkshake is my go to; my sweet reward for a hard work week).

They also have food that you can order. It makes for a perfect place to get together with friends or family and hang out at a table inside. The old school music and fun lights make it a rememberable experience.

The owners (husband and wife) are the sweetest, kindest, and most down to earth people that I have ever met.

This is my new favorite spot… everything from the plates to the music is welcoming. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked (this is HUGE for me, I cannot tell you how many jobs I’ve had where my coworkers would say “I’m not paid enough to clean a toilet”.. Newsflash: No one is!). Angy is a delight. Just a warm soul and so down-to-earth… Oh, and the food comes out faster than fast-food and is FABULOUS. As is the coffee. I’m so glad I came here, I really needed a spot to just relax after teaching and since Perkins closed I thought my only option for eat-in breakfast was Eagle Diner..
