China Wok — Restaurant in Warminster Township

Hi. I just wanted to let the community be aware that this place has really horrible customer service over the phone. I ordered 8 crab sticks and rice and when i called in that there were only 6 in my order the lady on the phone called me a liar and told me two people checked my order and that there were 8 in there. I have COVID. And i informed her that i couldn’t come into the store because i was infected with COVID. She proceeded to tell me to come in store to come get the two crab sticks. All i asked for was financial compensation and she repeatedly hung up in my face and yelled at me and called me all types of curse words. They told me they took a picture of my order before they sent it out and when i asked them for proof they hung up in my face. This is very poor customer service

Also. Just wanted to let you guys know that a man came to my house and rang my doorbell and harassed me for 20 minutes. And he hurled racial slurs at me ( i am a black person ) to this day i haven’t ordered from this place out of fear for my safety. If you want to go somewhere to get food Chinese food i recommend...

This was quite possibly the worst Chinese Food I have ever eaten. I firmly believe it is frozen and reheated, there is absolutely no excuse for it being so sub par. I spent $71 and got 4 entrees (2 being chef specialties). Without exaggeration, no more 3-4 bites were taken from each before the entire family professed their dislike. The egg rolls were ok and that is because every egg roll taste the same except high end restaurants and the beef sticks were like eating dark brown cardboard.

I wanted so bad to go back and request a refund but refused. Disgraceful, utterly pathetic to serve this food. To the ones making the positive reviews, please try good Chinese food and do another test. If this is what you are used to then this is what you consider good food.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO THEN I WOULD! THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO SAY GOODBYE! THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER 3 TIMES AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME FOR A MISTAKE THAT THEY MADE AND HAD THE GULL TO BE RUDE ABOUT IT! THEY NEED TO LEARN FROM NEW VILLAGE PIZZA ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING ANOTHER CHINESE RESTAURANT IN WARMINSTER THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THEM OUT...
