As another customer stated in their review, shopping with Phil is like having a relative or an old friend guide you through your purchase. It truly did not feel like we were pressured or rushed into buying a mattress. My husband and I were just passing by this location and thought we would browse to learn more about what kinds of mattresses are sold today, and what we need in a mattress. We knew we were overdue for an upgrade, but unsure of what we needed/ our exact budget.

Phil helped us figure out what kind of mattress would be best for us and helped us stay within what we consider a reasonable price range. He was not pushy or overbearing, which can make customers uncomfortable. Instead he was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. He was patient as we figured out what we liked best. His knack for connecting with people and genuine friendliness eased us into deciding to buy a mattress today. My husband and I both left feeling good about our purchase and excited to get better rest. I should also mention that I almost always have buyer's remorse after a big purchase, but not today. I felt unsure/ immediate remorse buying my first computer as a college student, buying a sofa, buying kitchen cabinets, etc.(I thought maybe it was just a personality flaw of mine.) Today, I actually left feeling the best I ever have about a large purchase. My husband and I actually had fun mattress shopping and it was completely stress free. Perhaps the problem buying other items in the past was the purchasing process/lack of personal attention. When you feel rushed or the salesperson has no enthusiasm for keeping your best interest in mind, purchases are just not enjoyable. My husband and I had an excellent experience at the Mattress Warehouse of Warminster today, August 18, 2020. We can mostly attribute this to the high caliber of customer service we received from Phil, an extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and hard working store associate. It has been years since we were in the market for a new mattress upgrade and we chose this location, as it is in close proximity to our home. Upon arriving, we were greeted warmly and asked numerous questions for Phil to gain a better understanding of our budget etc. He did a quick sleeping assessment with us to gather data on the type of mattress that would suit our body types and sleep positions best. From there, Phil was very well versed on the various brands, composition of mattresses, and how they would address the concerns and budget we had in mind. While all of this was going on, we conversed with Phil as if he was a long time friend and it made the sales experience personable. Phil was honest, thorough, and detailed while we continued trying out multiple brands and mattress styles. We left purchasing a new king mattress and box frame and several other accessories - all feeling that we got a great deal. What was even better- the free delivery and set up will be happening in under 48 hours from purchase time- that's quick. Finally, the whole process took under 1.5 hours and we feel assured if we have any further concerns or issues, we know they will be taken care. Thanks for a great...
