I hope the next guest can write a positive review but unfortunately mine will not be. I wanted to find a place close in the neighborhood so driving by this building plenty of times I decided to call and walk in. We were definitely greeted nicely and I thought this would be a good experience but I was wrong. My son and I were lead to the couples room because it was his first time and I wanted to make sure he was comfortable. All seemed well and quickly became the worst experience for me. The room we were in was nothing close to relaxing. The cars from outside were clearly heard and I thought maybe the relaxing tunes will soon block it out. Nope. Our massage therapists decided to keep it off and chat away. I thought ok, maybe my lady needed to give the other lady some tips because my son is a young teenager but again, I was wrong. Our 60 minute session of trying to relax was tainted with constant laughter, conversations and apologies for leaving us in the room to answer the phone or greet clients that were walking in. I came in for the special and I got the worst "massage" I could have asked for. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Joy was my masseuse if you could even call her one. I don't know if she misunderstood what I was saying but she did not give what I came in for. I said a mix between Swedish and just a little deep tissue and I got digs of her elbows into my spine that have left me in so much pain, it hurts just to lay down because she put so much pressure along my bones with her elbows. I genuinely feel like I was assaulted. When I said less pressure, I thought she understood but she didn't lighten up much, if at all. I was waiting for the part where it would become relaxing but it never happened and i didnt know what to do because ive never experienced such a horrible massage before. If I could give zero stars, I would. 10/10 do NOT recommend coming here. It felt like someone was playing a joke on me, I cannot believe I paid a penny for what I experienced and am feeling still today. I'd like a refund. Tip is not mandatory but they make it seem like it is. I tried tipping $40, but they lady said it was not enough she wanted me to tip $60 for my $120 total , Teach ur staff that tipping is based on service.
