Boot N Shoot — Local services in Warminster Township

I bought boots on February 28, 2025 and I brought them home. I didn’t even open the box. There is not a scratch on these boots still has the tags on them and I went today march 2, 2025 to get my money back and the owner who was rude. Wouldn’t give me my money back and said I can give you a store credit and I said I don’t want to store credit because I found boots at a different place that fit me right the only reason why I went to this place is because on their website they said they had this shirt that I wanted and of course I get there and they had none so I had to go to a different store to buy the shirt that and of course this store had the shirt that I wanted that’s the only reason why I went there. I asked the girl or I guess it’s the owner if they had extra wide boots and she looked at me like I had two heads the boots I bought from this place were too tight. The boots I tried on at this other store fit well they were a wide size so of course I just want my money back and she won’t give me my money back. Don’t buy anything from the store...

The first thing you notice when you walk into the store is the friendliest shop owner you would every want to meet. Mariana greets everyone with huge smile and big hello. Boots and Shoots has an amazing selection of boots and clothing including jeans, belts and hats. She has a complete wall of the highest quality boots and a large selection of colors and sizes. Mariana takes her time to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the boots you select, and her knowledge of each brand is spectacular. My wife went in to buy a pair of boots she has had her eye on for a while and the service was 10 out of 10. She added a very nice wallet to her purchase as well. What was supposed to be a quick stop to purchase her boots turned into an hour long shopping experience.

Boots and Shoots is not just boots. She also carries a selection of ammo, firearms and is an FFL I did not need either this time , but Mariana was a great resource in discussion of ammo and firearms.

What a great experience! Before our trip to Nashville we wanted to buy our first pair of boots. We had our two young daughters with us and it was the best experience. We even came in close to closing time!! They even stay opened later so we could try on and shop! Mariana was super helpful, told us all about the fit and feel of the boots. She had patience with all of the different boots we tried on. The store is very cute, lots to choose from. Has everything country that you need, dresses, lots of jewelry and purses to choose from.
