Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warminster Township

I truly think this dunkin needs new management. Iv gotten maybe one thing made correctly. It’s sucks because location is so convenient for me. But I’m so tired of them getting my coffee I order pretty much daily WRONG. I once asked them to remake it the guy took looked around lost and handed it back it to me. Iv gotten wrong food wrong drinks. Their employees work sooo slowly. No customer service what so ever. Honestly probably the worst dunkin Iv EVER been too. Only one girl there Carly who actually knew what she was doing doesn’t work mornings anymore. One employee stopped another employee from making my drink wrong and proceeded to MAKE MY DRINK WRONG. I have given them so many chances because of location but not anymore. Iv worked at dunkin and I kind of know what my drink should taste like fighting me that it’s correct is NOT okay. The fact Iv never left a bad review for anywhere before...

This is my first review I've done. I have gone to this Location twice and both times had a horrible experience. The first time a few weeks ago I waited 18 minutes for my small order to be made and upon receiving it I was missing a bagel, the guy behind the counter told me I didn't buy more than one bagel and argued with me until i had to pull out my receipt to show him proof of purchase when he was the one who took my order. And again today I purchased two bagels, and between the two bagels there was barely enough cream cheese to make one bagel. Ill be taking my business to Wawa from now on since they can actually put a thin spread on to at least cover the bagel and they don't even specialize in preparing bagels! I wish I could post the picture I took of this so called cream cheese bagel.... I wouldn't recommend...

Cold brew coffee was watered down, ordered black with no ice and could practically see through it. Brought to their attention, they poured another cup in front of me directly from the pitcher and it looked exactly the same. Something must be wrong with their brewing process, the gentleman said he followed the normal routine putting it in the freezer. No reason to go here with so many other...
