Burger King — Restaurant in Warminster Township

Headed home around 11:30pm in an area I'm not too familiar with. I'd been doing all kinds of errands and was STARVING (so was the bf who worked late & just got home). Saw this Burger King and was very, very grateful they were open!

Had some credits in their app and placed my order through there. Went through the drive-thru to let them know I was there whenever they were ready. Employee seemed a little annoyed that I was there, but I guess I feel the same if I were him. Order was ready really quickly.

They weren't able to make the coffee I ordered because it was about 15 mins before they closed at midnight (2nd reminder from employee). They said I could replace it with a different soda or hot tea. I already had soda and didn't want the tea. Cancelling for a refund wasn't an available option, so I told them just to forget it. I meant to try calling the next day, but forgot. Don't think they should have something available on the app if it isn't available to be included in your order.

Overall, it was great to have this available late night option. Food was ready fast, order was exactly as it should be (except not having my coffee available) and food seemed fresh (not like it sat for hours). Although the employee wasn't the friendliest just before closing, he did a great job and did it quickly & perfectly.

No complaints from me and I would definitely return. (However, I saw another fast food place that was open till midnight. I LOVE them and they're hard to find, so thatsy next stop! Keep your eyes open for a variety of places if you're not a fan of...

So I've been here many many times food usually pretty good service Sometimes good sometimes bad tonight and a drive-thru horrible I pulled up to the window to pay the kid & he acted like I was bothering him by being there.. he basically threw my Sunday & change at me and slammed the window shut. Was a little taken back but figured its hot & prob a long day for him...I waited for the rest of my food & was going to ask him for sauce for my Nuggets.. before i could get the question out, window comes flying open as he says spoons in bag -throws the bag at me, slams the window closed & walks away... I drove away because I was going to rip into this kid and I didn't want to make a scene. So i only libe 2 mins away & my change he gave me was still in my lap so I pick it & quickly realize he shorted me $10 .. he just gave me 4 $1's. & change. My order was only $4.80. Gave him a $20 & he said $15.20 when he gave me my change back but he definitely didn't give it to me. So completely annoyed and normally I would go back and call it to their attention but I'm not in the mood to have to go back & don't wanna get mean so I'm going to chalk it up to I should have paid attention & probably...

Every experience is different, and you could never set your expectations too high when you go to a fast food restaurant, but yesterday when I went, I ordered a whopper Junior with cheese, whopper with cheese and a large order of onion rings. When my order was delivered to me. I got a whopper Junior value meal a whopper value meal and the total came to over $16. Although the manager corrected the mistake, the only thing that I can say is the people who work here have one job and that is to get the orders correct. I made my selections very clear when I ordered and everything came out wrong. I was the only one standing at the counter, so it wasn’t as if my order was being confused with somebody else’s order. At the end of the day I just remember that I was at Burger King not an expensive restaurant, so once again I will say it’s a Burger King. You get what...
