Arby's — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Went here several times over a four year period. Dining room is a dump where I have had transients beg for money while trying to eat. Order was wrong more often than not. Workers are too lazy to clean or maintain the shake machine so just say it's out of order. Broken every time over a four year period? I'll believe in an honest politician before I believe that. Service barely deserves the name. Usually some bored or annoyed individuals who seem irritated you're speaking to them. Food I received today was cold and partially undercooked. Final straw came when I asked to get a cherry pie at the window as I forgot to ask at the speaker and was told unlike every other fast food place on the planet they couldn't add it, and the only way to order it was to drive back through. This place is a dump. The employees are lazy, rude, and lie. Their prices are way too high to be putting up with that kind of behavior. I'll be going anywhere else from now on.

I filled out your complaint form and judging from the dozens of other negative reviews, I will wait anxiously by the phone for your expedient call from someone in a foreign country to ignore my complaints in person. The way I drove to this Arby's left me questioning my choice. I was directed through back roads and saw several homeless people and shopping carts. It was approaching evening and I was a bit frightened. I must certainly feel for homeless people and wish the area took care of them better with shelters available especially this time of year when it is cold. We are new here and I haven't seen this situation where homeless people are not gotten off the streets by law enforcement and given a bed and hot meal in years. That aside, when I arrived at Arby's the staff were very pleasant, the manager was not present and honestly the staff could have and did run the location by themselves. They are very responsible and considerate and speedy, and the good was really good. I've long enjoyed Arby's. The two young men holding down the fort at this location should be rewarded for their excellent representation of the company and their exemplary behavior. My husband and I used to go to the arby's on Watson boulevard every week as a treat. We stopped going because it never failed for our order to be wrong. We would never go back and say anything they anything because the attitude of the staff is terrible. Well yesterday evening July 22nd We decided to take a chance and go to arby's because I really wanted a turkey bacon ranch wrap and my husband wanted a French dip sandwich. We waited at the window this time to make sure our order was right and of course it was not and when we asked for our missing items the staff acted like she was just put out because we wanted our missing items. We had to ask for 2 different missing items 2 separate times and our order was thrown into a plastic bag and the covers on the sandwiches we're coming off so the food was just free floating in a plastic bag.
