I am fairly new to Warner Robins, and GA in general. I went into the store on 4/16 and was very pleased with my experience. The associates working at that time were Monica and Sonny. Monica greeted me with a smile and asked me whether I was browsing or knew what I was looking for. When I had a question, Monica was more than happy to show me around. More customers started coming in, and I began to speak with Sonny. I could see that Monica was still making sure I was being taken care of. Sonny was more than happy to show me how some of the devices worked and did not get impatient or unpleasant when I was indecisive. He was an excellent salesman from the beginning to the end, and happy to show me everything the store had to offer. Monica voiced her negative opinion on a product that Sonny was going to show me. Some people would've jumped on the opportunity to pick up a sale, and I understand that would be good for the company, but she was honest and that is worth more to customers in the long run. The store was clean, spacious, very comfortable and welcoming. I found a great deal on a product and actually found a drink that I have not seen in years!! But yall, this stores fantastic appearance, and other good reviews, would probably be nothing without the staff that I encountered tonight. Kitten was beyond helpful, very knowledgeable… and I mean homegirl knew he product which tells me that she cares not only about the business but the customers as well. She is one of the most friendly, person that I have met in a while. She made me feel so comfortable I cannot say enough about kitten. Also, mo & Danny who were working during my visit were also very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I walked out feeling like I just made 3 new friends. If you live in Macon, take the drive to WR, it’s so worth it! Don’t settle for grimy X-Mart. I went to both today and there is a WORLD of difference!! Let’s start with the staff. Sunny is the nicest employee I’ve encountered of any store I have EVER visited. A worry of mine when visiting an adult store was feeling comfortable. Let me tell you, the vibe in the Starship is sooooo nice! It really feels like a comfortable place where women can shop and feel sexy, whereas X-Mart definitely felt more like they were only trying to service the men. Plus, Starship has a WAY larger selection!!! Especially when it comes to lingerie, but they also sell OTHER super cool things that you absolutely need.
