It was my first time eating here.. the employees are nice thy allowed me to take my time and look at the menu without me feeling like I had to hurry i decided to try" the big picture classic'. My burger was absolutely delicious! However, the service left a lot to be desired. I called in a pickup order, and was placed on hold for so long that I was in the parking lot of the restaurant by the time the young lady returned to the phone to take my order. When I entered the restaurant there was only one person waiting and he hadn't even ordered yet!. While waiting for my food several other patrons entered and were all asked if they were Military, I am retired Military but was never asked the question. I approached and verified with the young lady that I heard her correctly about the Military discount, she replied yes. I told her that I was never asked that and she said nothing. I couldn't believe it!

I must say I was the only African American in the restaurant and every one that entered after me that was offered the Military discount was white. I hate to think that this was the reason I received such poor service. Nevertheless, I do not think I will be eating here again and will not recommend to friends and family, not because of the food but because of...

The only problem that I had was the spicy pickles are just pickles. They aren't spicy. Other than that, great place! If the pickles was spicy, I would have given this place five out of five stars. Love the sweet potato fries. The combination of ketchup, salt, and sweet potato fries was a supreme delight!

The 1/2 burger was great! Loved three spicy mayo, and the jalapenos! The jalapenos is actually spicy, and I love that!

The down side is the parking is crowded. There's only 2 handicap spaces at the front of the building.

The seating it a bit crowded, as you may bump into your neighbors. If they want this much seating, they should expand the building. Having Curvy and Thicc neighbors makes your seating atmosphere a living nightmare!

The movie screen is only for those facing it. Too bad there isn't at least 4 screens for four people for all visual directions.

The atmosphere is the Zombie apocalypse and Star Trek. Red lighting isn't bad during the day time.
