Subway — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Ordered a delivery through Grubhub this evening but when the item was delivered an entire sandwich was missing. Contacted the delivery driver immediately and was told the OWNER told her everything was in the bag when he handed it to her. The driver tried calling the franchise a good 20-25 minutes before they closed but no one would answer the phone. When she returned to the store, she found the doors locked and the owner shooing her away from behind lock doors before posted closing time. If this is how the new owner treats customers, I'd suggest you find another restraunt. Disgusting...

While leaving the lady and man that work there try to accuse my husband of stealing. When we walked in we had Publix bags and then they try laugh it off when my husband told them we came in there with those bags. I paid for my food and my husband paid for our drinks. No issues with Customer Service. We were passing through and decided to eat there. After pulling off and getting ready to eat, my chicken salad wrap had a foul and soul smell. I was unable to eat it.
