Shanghai Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I personally don’t like the customer service that a paying customer gets at this place I went maybe twice a few years ago and the lady at the window is always rude and I wouldn’t even waste my time ever getting food from this restaurant but my partner wanted to try it out for herself to me the food isn’t good anyway but my wife called in her order and I happened to be the one to pick her order up first like I said the lady doesn’t speak or anything!!! She just gives u this nasty look especially if ur of brown skin …so I politely ask this lady please can I get duck sauce and soy sauce this woman literally comes back to the window with one of each …like really she knew dang well this wasn’t enough for the amount of food that was purchased I don’t know if she is scared of the brown skin folks but she sure does know how to avoid any kindness towards me I won’t ever ever ever buy anything from this establishment again as well as anyone in my family….I personally like China Wok anyway!!!! I tried to love this place. The food is good but you never get the same thing every time. I have gone to many Chinese restaurants in my time but this place gives the least amount of food oh and don’t ask for extra duck sauce… she will cut you with her eyes. This particular time as she was handing me the plate I asked for extra, she stopped and looked at me and walked away from the window. The bag was tied up when she walked off but in the amount of time that it took her to come back, she would not have had time to untie the bag, add duck sauce, and tie it back up. When I checked it was only three in there. If this is extra how many did I have in the first place? Get home and open my plate and I am thoroughly disappointed. I have ordered this same meal multiple times but this is not right. I had to move some things around to find that piece of shrimp. I have a total of 4 baby shrimp in all. WTH? Wendy was nice very friendly and was able to make me feel comfortable while I waited for my food so she was quite busy everything was great though the food lacked flavor very Bland needed a little salt which helps bring out the flavor and everything. Perhaps they experience a more salt cautious diet type crowd the food tasted clean and was not greasy however again it did lack flavor. I had to try it out because my mom was having a craving I don't generally eat out much anymore let alone Chinese however that being said it's not that I won't eat here in the future I might if they're the only ones open and my mom decides she's having another craving for these horrible carbs and Grains like rice but while the price is definitely not bad at all in these times be prepared to add your own salt and their other flavor as you see fit.
