Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Stopped here twice in the past week. It is in a shopping plaza that's located at a weird angle off GA96 and hidden behind another building as viewed from the road going towards 96. The staff the first time was very friendly and everyone working there seemed happy and were presentable looking. The second time the cashier was very soft spoken and seemed to lack confidence or friendliness needed for front end customer support. This cashier was the only one working there with pins in his hat, stating Gender is a Construct. His other pin says She/They. I really don't care about that stuff behind closed doors at home, but at a local business establishment, this wearing of personal agenda pins is too controversial and will steer business away. No one else wore personal items. Regardless of the political or personal agenda of this worker, it'd be more appropriate to not have him interacting with customers because the lack of communication skills with this person severely lacks. Otherwise, the visits were very good. All communication with other staff members, front and back, was very good. The food was prepared as ordered and taste and temperature was very good. The posted health rating score was lower than I would have expected because all staff and everything visible seemed very clean...

I'm a new customer here at Freddy's. And I must say, this place did not disappoint us. Upon pulling up... I knew the ice cream was what I was really here for. We decided to have our meal here too since we had just left the movies. Had a double steak burger with cheese and bacon... added lettuce tomatoes onions and mustard. Junior had a kid's cheeseburger meal. I was surprised most by the dry sauce and that these fries were like the smallest diameter shoestring fries ever made. This explained a lot about how fast the service was from grill to table. The patties are thin also, leading to shorter time on the flat top sizzling. Seasoning was not an afterthought... great flavor from such a thin patty. They called our order within a minute or two after we made our drinks and sat down at the table. At the pickup counter were 2 variations of fry sauce and a few fry seasoning containers. I was feeling too much in the way of adventure so I skipped the Jalepeno Fry Sauce and took on the regular Fry Sauce and a sprinkling of fry seasoning. You seen the rating already... so I'm not even going to delve into getting further detailed about Freddy's. This is a great stop every so often as a reward to self, child or showing someone that you appreciate them for whatever reason. We enjoyed it, and believe that...

Where should I begin? My friend found that his burger was cooked medium rare! He didn't complain cause we don't have time to wait for another burger to be cooked and possibly spit on for complaining? The French fries are so skinny you have to use your bun to scoop up the ketchup. The burger is greasy and leaves a greasy film on your hands.

Dr. Pepper was okay. I personally don't like Pepsi products, but if you like them... That's what they have for colas.

The #5 jalapeno pepper jack steak burger wasn't spicy enough. My nose did not run. So, this meal was a huge disappointment!

The burgers might be doubles, but it's like they might as well be singles cause the meat was so thin that it takes two of them to make one of the competitors burger meat. Go elsewhere if you want more food for your money. This is an expensive fast food restaurant by then cutting the fries to skinny and burger meat is skinny... Yeah. Expensive.

It's a fast food restaurant with a microphone system. They are constantly calling out orders on that microphone and will clearly ruin your meal enjoyment. I highly recommend not staying to eat inside.

We will not be coming back.
