I usually don’t do reviews but, the experience I received from Pizza Hut.I must share to the public. So where do I begin. I was visiting Warner Robins, GA and decided to order from Pizza Hut. I ordered online exactly at 11:30 pm.When I arrived to pick up my order it was 12:07am the store closes at 12:00am. I get that (I worked fast food in my high school days) my issue was why my order was not attempt to be made at all. Especially when the order was PAID for. Arriving at the store a man named Breylin Pickett who stated he was a general manger was very rude and unprofessional. He kept telling me I ordered at 11:41 which is not true and I have a order confirmation code that will prove him wrong. He said that the store was closed and one of the crew team member told me that my ordered wasn’t attempted to be made which made me very upset knowing I ordered my food at 11:30. I would at least think it would’ve been made in the warmer. Fast forward the manger told me to leave the store. I proceed to go to my car get my phone to see if the order was canceled. I seen that my card was processed for a order I did not receive . I was trying to go back and ask for a email or some type receipt to show that the order was canceled /void. And the manger locked me out the store which was very rude. How can you treat a customer like that. I literally had to call the police for him to open the door and to get some type of proof that the order was void. Two days later and I still have not received my refund from Pizza Hut. Read moreIplace an order online I reordered a previous order there's a button for that everything on my computer come up when I wanted a cheese pizza pepperoni pizza the breadsticks in the wings they all come together in a box still when the delivery driver brought the pizza the paper had something totally different than what my computer had me ordering I had two pepperoni pizzas I had no chicken wings and breadsticks with no sauce I open the box and told the woman there are no links you forgot the wings will you be bringing them back yes ma'am I'll be back within 30 minutes with them after two phone calls and an hour and 45 minute wait they still had not been delivered so I made a third phone call and told him I am coming to pick them up they better be ready this is ridiculous they were very rude ask for the customer service or corporate number well you know I guess we'll give it to you but you know where it Pizza Company there are other people that order piece of that need to be delivered well they shouldn't have screwed up and forgot my order they should have brought back something that somebody's already paid for I will never ever ever ever go to that Pizza Hut again and if you walk in there to dine in the floor was filthy all over the place it's still have that ceiling leak roof stain on the wall you know right when you walk in the door and they've got some of the rudest people...
Read morePlaced an order online, dawdled a bit, then went to pick it up by the time predicted that it would be ready. Get there, no one greets me. During the five minutes I waited to be even acknowledged, I noticed that only one out of the four people there is wearing a mask on their face rather than their chin - and he isn't one of the ones making my food. Doesn't matter in my case, because they are out of what I ordered. Now, I get that it was a website error that allowed me to order food they didn't have, I am not holding their stock against them. It is a busy time. But, there was plenty of time to call me to let me know they didn't have it. Nevermind that they could have found it out in the time I stood there while they ignored me. The shift manager was polite and apologetic after she realized what happened, and I actually wanted to cancel my order once I saw that despite the walls being nearly wallpapered with signs insisting customers wear masks (no complaint there) that the preparers did not. That didn't save me the trip there that a phone call could have saved.
Every year or so I give Pizza Hut a chance, and for four years and three stores, I have always been disappointed. Never going to any Pizza...
