This place is the worst! I really wish I could give a ZERO!! I went here for the very first time last Wednesday and the guy Brandon was extremely confused and had to have help with merely entering a personal pan pizza with veggies only. He was extremely incompetent and confused! He told me that the pizza would have ingredients that it actually did not have and I asked for the pizza NOT TO BE CUT! Lo and behold, it was cut!! He said it would be an hour wait for a personal pan pizza because the top oven was broken and after the mess up of my food and waiting for an hour, I was not going to wait any longer! I called to complain to the manager in training (Patricia), and she tried to resolve the issue by giving me a voucher on my account, which was very nice of her. I went back 2 days later during the evening to give them another try and the entire staff is in deep training need! The girl with braids that took my order had an attitude from the beginning! The pizza was wrong yet again and after waiting an hour, I had to wait 15 more minutes with no apology for my pizza being wrong and missing ingredients and was treated as if the error was my fault. I asked her when Veronica (the manager), would be back and she only responded smartly with "she's out sick". I understand these kids need jobs, however, they need to be educated on how to employ customer service because all I got was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! I also did a survey which was pointless because no one ever acknowledged my complaint. I will never be back to this trash...
Read more3 calls to place a simple order for pick up and even though our new house shares the same zip code, they do not deliver here. (5 min away no biggie I’ll pick it up) I thought I put our neighborhood on their map from my last order with the manager. Oh well. She dropped the ball on about 50 households they won’t deliver to within 2 miles of their “establishment”. Probably one of the dumbest restaurant moves you could possibly make for a pizza joint. Anyway, once I finally spoke with someone he was short, rude, and incessant with terrible up-selling attempts then he hung up on me. No call back, nothing. They give Pizza Hut a bad name. I blame management for the lack of service and cleanliness. (20 years of restaurant hospitality under my belt gives me the right to say this) Mellow Mushroom got my $30 tonight with kind, friendly service and exactly what we wanted. They will continue to earn my business in the future as well as my overtipping. Don’t waste your time and money at this Hut. Also, the interior of the restaurant has a scummy and dirty feel to it the moment you walk through the door. No wonder there’s a drive through. 🤢 Do yourself a favor, spend a few extra bucks...
Read moreWorst experience ever at the Pizza Hut on Lake Joy Road, Kathleen, Georgia. Placed an online order at 750pm and received an email it would be available for pickup at 835pm. Waited in line at the drive through window 15 mins, when I reached the window I was informed they were backed up and it would be another 30 mins or longer after 20 mins at the window they took my money and within 5 minutes they said they were out of the pan dough. They were going to give me a $5 credit on my next order if they could fill the order with hand tossed or thin crust. But the Manager then came over to the window and said no we can't do that. I then said please give me a refund, I paid cash, she informed me that there are no refunds and showed me the back of my receipt, I then told her to please fill my order then which she couldn't do either. Absolutely the worst experience ever there was a lot of people in the parking lot inside and all of them were not happy. I then called and drove over to the Pizza Hut on Watson Blvd., Warner Robins, Georgia and went inside spoke to the Manager and she made it right and filled my original order.
