Starbucks — Restaurant in Warner Robins

I know Starbucks is always busy, but I’ve been to multiple locations where they still have smiles on their faces and no one ever does in this store and sometimes it could make a persons day just by having a smile on your face. I went through the drive through today and as I was ordering the guy taking my order started talking to someone in the background so of course I had to repeat my order which normally I wouldn’t write a petty review about but I got up to the window to grab my order and he cut me off again… after he was finished taking to someone else I tried to scan my app but he said it was down which was no biggie but I could tell he was having a hard day and did not want to be at work because there were no smiles and his tone was kind of rude but whatever lol…. Next, my order has not been wrong once whenever I go to Starbucks so I didn’t check my food, I pull off, get driving down the road, go to take a bite and I was given someone else’s order and it was too late to turn around and get it fixed so in the trash this cheese danish goes #wasted...

New customer & was not impressed at all. The woman that made my drink this morning, 11May24, was scary when I asked about the food I ordered about 5 mins after my drink was put on the counter. Very stern, not friendly tone she replied "somebody else does food". Then she said you must be the one that did not tip to which I replied " i have a to go order, no one is providing service during my meal, why would I tip? She just shook her head and laughed. Starbucks wonders why their business is dropping off, these are a few of the reasons. Rude employees, asking for a tip in a non service coffee shop and food pre made and heated in a toaster or microwave and don't forget their very high prices. I usually give businesses to separate visits before I stop going there but with so much wrong at this location, I won't...

This is the worst starbucks I have EVER been to. I have been in the retail and customer service industry for over 10 years and the girls working that day were extremely rude and unhelpful. I ordered a drink that I've been ordering for years, and she did not even put espresso in it she basically gave me cup of milk. When I asked if she could change it the girl who had been standing there with her hands in her pockets staring rudely at people rolled her eyes, grabbed my drink and slung it in the sink. They then continued to make 3 other people's drinks before remaking mine, all the while having an attitude and whispering to each other. I will not be going back.
