I just purchased the five piece wing and the street rice from this establishment. The person that took my order was Nazaria, who was very polite and informative prior to ringing up my order. I requested to have all flats for my five wings, and she brought it to my attention that there would be a dollar up charge for the five piece wing meal. I asked her when was this established because I’ve been here since they’ve opened, and I haven’t heard this. I proceeded to ask the manager for the shift, and she told me that it is a dollar up charge for the 10 wings, and it is a button that the employers push in order to implement that. Nazaria informed the manager that I had five wings, so we assumed that that rule was not for my order. When the manager proceeded to say that it was for wings, I asked for clarity whether it was for 10 wings or five. Then the manager proceeded to say “ I’m sorry that I can’t give you a dollar discount, I did not make the rules.” I felt very disturbed, because that was not the point of it all. I was simply asking for clarity, and she was rude about it. Me and the employer were looking as if we were both confused because we were just asking about it for five wings. How it ended was me simply asking her again for the final time, “ so is it for 5 wings or is it for 10 wings???”. She proceeded to say, “ yes it is also for five wings.” I declined on getting the dollar up charge and just proceed with having the regular order. The whole point of this is just me bringing it to the owners attention, that customer service is very important, as well as effective listening being in this field of management. People come and spend their money to your establishment, and it is an investment as well as an exchange. My experience with this establishment has been well every single time, up until this time.. people don’t mind supporting your business, no matter the price, as long as you are clear and kind. I hope that the owners of this establishment talk to this manager and bring it to her attention to listen next time versus just talking. I will no longer be supporting this establishment, just because of that experience. Again, Nazaria gave wonderful customer service. The manager did not …

Korean Street food meets Southern style chicken and my diet can go to hell. Everything was FULL of FLAVOR. There are so many sauce options I can wait to try them all. I tried the Peach BBQ and the Gangam style. Both were mild (they do have spicy options) but both packed a punch of savory sultry saucy-ness that glazed over a thicc juicy tender that was breaded to perfection and wrapped in a soft warm roll. The portion size was adequate for the amount of food and I got a lot of fries which was good. The wings are a tad small so I would order a larger size if that bothers you. Grilled veggies had a large variety of vegetables mixed in and was seasoned perfectly I didn't even need to use soy sauce. The corn coleslaw was also good I thought it was PINK SAUCE at first but but noticed it had corn in it. It's a different take on coleslaw and worth a try. Overall service was friendly and speedy, restuarant was clean, prices were good value I would definitely order again.

Great spot! Chicken sliders were yummy. I had one Louis Louis and one med. Cowl slaw was delicious. Fries could have been a tad bit more crispy but that's personal preference. Will definitely visit again! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only suggestion would be when the girls are taking phone orders remember customers inside the store can see and hear your tone of voice and see you rolling your eyes. .While I was standing in line, the young lady doing phone orders sounded so rude and impatient with the customer on the other end and her facial expression was that if utter annoyance. They were great when standing taking orders in person, but might want to improve on the phone order side or move the phone and a register to a spot no one can see or here then.

My boyfriend and I tried out “No Name” this evening because we heard such rave reviews. I was highly disappointed and so was he. We did notice upon arrival that they were extremely busy, we are patient and didn’t mind waiting (took about 20 minutes between us deciding what we wanted and receiving our food). I ordered the 12 piece lemon pepper/hot peach, and he ordered the lemon pepper/peach bbq. The orders came with fries and some sort of slaw, and we also ordered a side of rice, the total was around $35.00 and $42.00 with tip. The cashier LeLe was patient and kind, however she did not know much about how any of the food taste which was not helpful in our decision making, but still that’s no deal breaker. Once we ordered we stood off to the side, once we received the order LeLe had us to ensure accuracy and bagged our food and provided condiments. Once we got to the car we dug into the fries which were good, honestly not much better than Ore Ida, but good nonetheless. We both tried our lemon pepper and were taken back as they were extremely salty. I should have asked for them to be extra crunchy, while they were already not our cup of tea….. them having the tough skin just make us put them to the side. I tried the hot peach wings and they did have a good level of heat, but I tasted no peachiness. They were a 4/10. My bf did say the peach bbq was good though. Overall because of the small amount of time it took to receive our order (even with them being extremely busy) I am ranking them a 4/10. It’s not my cup of tea and we wasted $35.00 because we had 1 wing of each flavor, ate the fries, and threw the remainder in the trash. The rice was hard and lacked flavor. All of that does not take away from the atmosphere. The employees are nice and offer fast and...

NEVER AGAIN!!! My husband and I have patronized this business, held parties by ordering from this business, since the day they open! We buy from them once and some times twice a week! Their so-called GM..."The chosen one" (in her words) is a nasty, unprofessional, insulting person! She made an error on my order and instead of simply making it right, she all but told us we were being dishonest by telling her she made the error and shorted us 10 wings when we ordered 40 + sides...yes, 10 wings! She out right LIED and said I hung up on her but our conversation ended with her giving me her personal cell phone # for me to SEND HER A PICTURE of the box the wings were in! But my husband chose to just go back there because he was sure they were gonna FIX THEIR ERROR---but he received nothing but implications that we were lieing! We have never experienced anything of the sort...her nastiness and unprofessionalism was unbecoming, disrespectful, and appauling!! When I say, NEVER...NEVER AGAIN!!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: You are dismisisng the main point...it's "The Chosen One's" NASTY ATTITUDE & POOR customer service and how she literally argued with and accused us of lieing! Signs or no Signs, you all usually wait before tieing down the bags like Ft. Knox but ironically, as soon as my husband returned to pick up the order, you "shoved" the bag in his hand with it already "tied down...
