• My 11yro daughter was in tears after walking out today*

So, let me just start with my daughter and I went here for the first time ever today, she has been wanting to go so I finally took her and oh how quickly did I regret it. So, we arent the tight bodied work out type ok? We arent, but we've worked very hard to get where we are and we are proud but today...oh today, it made my daughter feel less than and that should never, never be a feeling felt by anyone! We go in and instead of getting greeted with maybe a "Hello" We instead got stares...as if we had stumbled into the wrong place,kinda like a person in cut off shorts and flip flops at a suit and tie banquet sorta look My daughter and I instantly felt it and she goes "oh, I don't think we're supposed to be in here " I replied with "yes it seems but we're here now so come on" We proceeded to the counter and to try and make some sort of light in the awkwardness, I said to the lady "Hello, so my daughter thinks we don't belong here bc we're not skinny lol" to my surprise this lovely lady replied with ..(and picture the movie clueless,the girls with the preppy voice, ok)..she says "yeah" !@$$%#!%^#! All I could do was turn and look at my kid and laugh while saying "she just said yea" WOW!! My fault for trying to get my daughters thoughts or feeling such a way replaced but even more so...your fault young lady for making a child, another person period, feel as if they're not wanted, dont belong, arent good enough! Dont forget you're working in an establishment to which the founder started over wanting to change his lifestyle, so...kinda dense to act in such a way, you may have just hindered someone's amazing weight loss journey by discouraging them making them feel gross just because they dont look a certain part. I'd rather be fluffy and have compassion than vain beauty so you go on, you do you, but before you make someone else feel that way maybe think how would you feel and definitely make sure they dont have a...

While the service was nice, they were not paying attention to the door and didn’t come to greet us for 5 minutes. I ordered a coffee high protein in Almond Mocha, with dates replaced by peanut butter and a double addition of Diet Down. It had to be remade twice and by the time I actually got it, my two companions had gotten theirs a while before and it tasted so much of extra added peanut butter that I couldn’t even tell it was a coffee high protein. I’m extremely familiar with this smoothie and many others on the menu as I used to be a Team Lead/Assistant Manager at a very busy and popular Smoothie King in Texas and was greatly disappointed by the texture, flavour, attentiveness of the staff, and capability of the staff to make a smoothie. My companions have gone to this location many times and have reported chunky, inedible textures, greatly varying flavours of the same smoothie they always get, and slow service. If the manager would like, I can show the staff myself how to make these smoothies on the...

Decent smoothies, decent prices, nice selection of product. For that- I am willing to come back. However, the 2 stars is for the two girls behind the counter. The taller girl who made our order didn't say a word to us for over 5 minutes. No hello, no how are you, didn't ask if we needed any help...nothing. The girl thing she said to us was "do you know what you want". This was after I clearly made the motion to wanting to order. Once we ordered she walked away with out a thank you and just gave us an over all feeling of her not wanting us there. Then, when drinks were ready, she put them on the counter without saying a word to us. We said goodbye twice (because the first time we got no reply....and I refuse to leave a place I paid money in just to be ignored) before we finally got a very reluctant goodbye from the two girls.
