Waffle House — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Was hoping this time would be different, but not so much. Cheerful waitress that got us our menus, waited over 5 minutes for her to return to take our order (small aggravation, promising I'm not trying to be a Karen) and then promptly disappeared in the back. Another person brought out our food, there were signs of giggling and gossip where our waitress had gone, and still no drinks. I nearly finished my food, fiancee was halfway done, and she shows up saying she was sorry and had to go to the bathroom, which as far as I am aware there isn't an employee only restroom, along with saying how busy they are due to Veterans Day (even compared to pre-pandemic, this was not terribly busy for the amount of staff on hand), but we finally get our drinks, 20 minutes after ordering. Food also was overcooked for some bits (waffles, toast) but fortunately still edible.

Previous experience was a waitress that sat and ignored us completely after getting us our food (only 1 or 2 other customers) while sitting on a stool with full view of us.

Won't be returning to this...

I had an AMAZING experience at Waffle House! The entire crew was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our visit special. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like family!

The food was, of course, delicious – fluffy waffles, crispy bacon, and eggs cooked to perfection. But it was the exceptional customer service that truly made our visit stand out. Every staff member was smiling, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed.

Kudos to the entire Waffle House crew for providing top-notch service with a smile! You truly make every visit a special one. Can't wait to come back and experience the Waffle House magic again!

One of the waitresses was very rude. Me and my 2 daughters went to get breakfast to go on Sunday, June 11th. One of my daughters ordered her food, paid. Then I ordered my food and paid. My other daughter they made wait while she cashed out other customers because she was scared they were going to run out without paying she said. I let her know that we were standing there before they even got up to be checked out but she refused to take my daughters order. Even after she cashed out the other customers who were behind us, she then walked off and didn't come back to ring her up. Another lady had to do it. The ride older lady was mumbling under her breath the whole time, slamming things on the counter, and even being rude to the cooks. 10 out of 10, I don't recommend this location. They need to train on proper...
