Was going to give them give 5 stars as the service was extras ordinary in the beginning, but due to recent events I made this review 2 stars.
-1 star - took 45 minutes to get food as the "VIP" customers was served first.
-1 star - every 15 minutes I was reminded my food would be late.
-1 star - after receiving my beer, wasn't noticed until after my food was served.
These customer service issues should be fixed and please remove the VIP or only talk to customers you know issue / these people get priority service :(
I don't think this business wants new business. It's clickish!
Edit (25 Dec 17): I don't believe in calling people out via names. As one of our great presidents said 'Say ill of no man or woman'. I may come back in a week or two to try once more. If the service improves I'll edit this again and the stars, if it doesn't improve I'll wait a year or two when I come back to Georgia.
Edit (29 DEC 2017 5:08PM) - MUCH IMPROVEMENT! I did feel like next experience as a five star experience! Restrooms cleaned, the the waiter & waitresses both greeted me and would constantly check up on if I needed anything. I personally feel like a king this round and I saw them treat everyone else the same. I think they have it right this time and hope my third visit will be the same. Do expect me to randomly visit and my friends. Keep up the excellent...

I have been to this establishment once before last night. It was when they first opened. It was average, not much of a menu, thought we'd try last night. We walk in, place is busy, there was 6 of us, it was 8:20 pm
We understood we may have to wait.. 2 tables open, ask if we can put together. The little tike working the hostess stand seemed confused and ran off to ask if she could, she returns to tell us no and it will be an hour before we could get seated. Then tells us kitchen closes at 9. Well, a 6 top table open as the 2 people sitting leave at that very point..its now 8:30 We ask, can we have that table. The little tike, ( girl with glasses about 16 years old) says no, we are short on wait staff..then runs over to a group of girls 6 to be exact, ( wait staff, doing nothing) they seem to be discussing our party, my father 86, mother, brother husband, friend. Some lady comes over and tell us she is down one kitchen cook and can't serve us. Kitchen closes at 9..bar 11.IT WAS NOT DONE PROFESSIONALLY, IT WAS TOLD TO US EXTREMELY RUDE. You may want to post your kitchen hours lady... Fyi..we were there well before it closes...
Absolutely will never set foot in this place again and will make sure to share our experience with many here in Warner Robins. 38 years here in wartown...never had a rude...
Read moreI’ve been coming here weekly for over a year and always enjoyed it—the food is consistently great, the servers are friendly, and the atmosphere is a lot of fun.
Unfortunately, my experience during a recent college football Saturday was disappointing. I asked if one of the TVs showing the same West Coast game could be switched to the Miami–Florida game. Our server was understandably busy, but when I asked the hosts, I was told they were “too busy,” even though one was just standing at the host stand on his phone. When I pressed further, I was told it was a manager’s rule and that I should take my food to go if I wanted to watch that game.
Oddly, about 10 minutes later, someone else at the bar asked and the channel was switched instantly. When I asked what had changed, the host responded dismissively. After dinner, the manager came out—apparently looking for me after being given the wrong table number—and instead of clarifying, ended up confronting me in the parking lot, which left me really uncomfortable.
It’s a shame, because I’ve loved coming here, but this experience left me questioning whether customer requests are taken seriously and whether management handles situations fairly. I’d still recommend the food and servers, but if you’re planning to watch specific games on Saturdays, be prepared for potential...
