Order a CHICKEN FINGERZ ZAX PACKZ in drive thru after work tonight and got home to discover I only had 15 gingers. The Zax PACKZ come with 20 fingers. After fixing plates for my three kids I realized that we did not have all 20 fingers . We order this meal every other week if not weekly to feed our family of five.
I understand things happen and I honestly wasn’t upset about the 5 missing fingers because I knew the store would make it right. After calling the restaurant and not getting an answer I went back to the restaurant.
This is the part that upset me. I walk up to the counter and a guy walked up and basically stared at me. He didn’t say hello or anything. I really wasn’t even worried about that. I politely explained that I had just ordered a finger pack in the drive through and once I got home I discovered I only had 15 fingers. I handed him my receipt and he walked over to the window and explained to the woman working what was going on.
He returned shortly with the five fingers and just handed me the box and said nothing! No I’m sorry for the inconvenience or even have a nice night. He just stared at me, not saying a single word as he handed them to me!! The whole time I was there he didn’t even say ONE WORD to me!!
I left my house and my family eating there while I came back due to your restaurants mistake and I can’t get a hey, goodbye or sorry!! Really! Worst customer service ever!! From now on I will drive further and go to the Zaxby’s on Russell by the Walmart Neighborhood Market place!!!
I do want to comment on how nice the guy in the drive thru was. He said thank you and have a nice night when I was picking up my order. I would recommend placing polite people at the front!!
Oh and I rarely leave bad reviews! I can only think of a couple of out of the 167 reviews I have left on Google...
Read moreHorrible service No stars deserved whatsoever. I ordered wings&things. After 20 minutes of waiting. The fries came unseasoned, wings came as if they took them out of a refrigerator. So the first trip to the counter was for seasoning. I asked the young lady was I suppose to request seasoning nowadays since things constantly change and I haven't been here in forever. She said no we seasoned them. I silenced her by showing her my plate.. she tosses me a premade souffle cup of seasoning. Maybe this happens often were my thoughts. So I finally sat down to eat and bit into a cold bone-in chicken wing. I thought to myself maybe that swig of sweet-tea caused that chilling bite.. So I picked up a second wing without finishing the first, and teriyaki flavored cold disappointment touched my tongue again.. Second trip to the counter was made by my significant other, she explained to the girl that the wings were very cold and as long as we had waited they shouldn't have been. The girl said she would remake the entire plate and have it back in 5 minutes after the 20 minutes it took for the first plate. (Have you ever watched the movie"Waiting") . After 5 minutes of standing at the counter myself after my other half had sat down. I simply requested a refund. The attitudes of that those kids had was plane careless and disrespectful and no fear of consequence for there poor...
Read moreZaxby's has always been a good place to eat. Their prices are a little high, but the food is awesome. On this last trip, something happened that really helped me raise the stars on this review. While I was at the counter ordering, a kid about 12 years old walked up with his plate and sat it down on the counter. He snapped at the girl taking my order "There isn't enough * fries on this order." Even though the plate was full about two minutes before, there were less than half on the plate now. I looked at his table and his mother and father had a pile of them on a napkin. They were looking at him and snickering. The woman waiting on me said, give me one second...and he yelled "I don't have all * day!" glancing over his shoulder to catch the laughs of his mom. When he whipped back around, he knocked the plate to the floor. Without a moments hesitation, one of the other waitresses stepped up, told him to give them a few minutes and they would replace the meal. That was a class move. Very nicely done. I would have rung his neck. I did walk over to the table to tell his parents that they would have to deal with the lesson they just taught him in the years to come. So.. Zaxby's get's a five star review. Very rare...
