I have changed my rating up to a five. The reason is...I have been visiting this location for a few years. I live one mile away from this Burger King located on Warren Drive in Warner Robins, Georgia. About two years ago I had some bad experiences there so I just quit going to that BK all together and if I wanted to take advantage of the coupon specials I would go to the other Burger King on the other side of town. Recently though, I have noticed that in the last one year especially the last 6 months, this store has made some dramatic changes. But in a good way. You see, before it seemed like I was always met with an attitude. Like me being there was a problem for them, especially in the late evening like 9:30pm or even a little later... I would get the rolling of the eyes and the long deep exhale simultaneously. So it made me quit going to that store for about 6 months I guess. Then when the pandemic began nobody could go in the restaurant. But as soon as they started allowing people back in for takeout orders and limited seats dining in I decided to go back and boy was I surprised. There were a few of the older faces from when I visited before over the last few years. But I noticed that in the last 6 months or so they have some new people working. One young lady in particula is really very professional. She greets you with a smile and says welcome to Burger King how may I help you? which makes you feel welcomed and then confirming the order back to me is very important to me because they need to get the order right due to certain allergies. I noticed that before it would be an issue if I would ask for extra napkins even though they would put one or two napkins in the bag I do require 7 or 8 because I'm very messy LOL. So I don't know if it's just because they got lucky to hire that young lady but they really need to make her Management trainee so that she can show people how important it is to confirm the order by calling it back to the customer with a smile and be professional. Which is the way you supposed to do it. But she does it with such Grace that is very natural for her and she gets the order right all the time when I'm there and I've even complimented her and told her that she's doing a really good job. So I changed my rating from a 2 star to a 5 star rating. I'm sure management is behind this and it's appreciated. All too often people will get in touch corporate offices to complain. A lot of people are NOT taking into consideration that with a pandemic things are a little bit off track everywhere. Not just at one certain place or another but pretty much everywhere. So today I contacted corporate office and sent them an email about my experiences at this particular restaurant both the bad experiences that I had in the past and now the great experiences in the present. All too often complain to corporate office but I thought that this restaurant deserves some recognition rather than the general complaints they typically get. Read moreI must say that over the last couple of years especially in recent times in the last 6 months, this particular Burger King located on Warren Drive right off of Highway 96 in Bonaire, Georgia has improved its services. It seems like the people that work there they are truly dedicated to that job. I noticed that they wear their face mask properly. They are working hard in that store. The customer service and the friendliness of this location has dramatically changed in the last year. They have some new faces and some old faces. They simply have improved so much that I change my original rating from a 2🌟 up to a 4🌟. But tonight I have decided to change it to a 5🌟 I won't give out names but there is a young lady that recently started there within the last couple of months. She is very very professional. She calls you order back to you make sure she's got it all right and I told her a couple times this is you're doing a really good job. She was all smiles and says thank you. She's very polite. I was thinking to myself I hope management recognize her maybe just start working with her because that's the kind of person you want at the Forefront of any restaurant. So because of her interaction with me in the last couple of months and the the food is properly dressed. They don't overload it with an excessive amount of lettuce. Some stores I feel like they're trying to get rid of what's remaining so they don't have to store it away so they just pile it in there on the sandwich really makes for a sloppy sandwich and I know they're trying to do right but I have nothing like that to say about this story because they are completely doing everything that is right. So I tip my hat to Burger King in in Bonaire. I go here at least once a week and the place is always clean. They have the protection dividers between you and the cashier to protect everybody they have the really clean in there. The counters that are between the customer and the employee appears to be sanitized and cleaned. They have the sanitizer dispenser for the customers right there so I don't know if they had a recent management changed in the last 6 months but keep it up you guys you guys are doing...
Read moreThey had a score of 100 A... That doesn't mean that they have good customer service. The girl that took our order seemed a little stressed but at least she was trying to be nice. She was busy, we got that totally. She got the order wrong on three items. No big deal. We understood and said that we understood and it was ok. The order wasn't the problem. The customer service on the other hand... That was a whole other subject. We got to the window to pick up our order. We kindly mentioned we noticed something that wasn't right. The girl said, that's what I have on my end. We said, don't worry about it, it's ok. Then, the girl went to get her manager. For what, I don't know. I asked for a water. That was an ordeal. First, the girl says, I think that costs $1. So, I go to get money out. The manager says, what's she trying to do now?! I respond, I'm trying to get water. The manager says, you'll have to go back around because we don't have a register over here. Ok, fine, that's what I'll do. But then she gets the water anyway, hands it out the window and starts to walk away. I say, thank you! Wow... I am stunned. If you don't think you hear the order correctly, ask. If you get something wrong, fix it. It's that simple. When you have a customer that is working with you and not being rude or cussing you out, please them and say have a nice day! It's not that hard. I don't think we'll be going back. I try hard to be nice to these guys, I KNOW how hard their job can be. Return...
