Never have I waited as long as I did today at the Hwy 96 location. Ordered at drive thru which is a BOT now, that was quick but I wonder how does the ordering at the BOT transfers to the inside since on average each car was a 8-10 min wait, I had 4 in front of me so that was nearly 40 minutes for me on drive thru for a fast food order. Waiting for hot food is fine a little bit but you would think by the time I got to the window my order would be ready instead my order was dropped and I’m waiting on chicken tenders. The lady who looked like manager considering g her uniform was different said my order was taken ny A.I (artificial intelligence) when I asked why wasn’t my order dropped when I ordered way back. She told me she had already told me it was going to be a 6 minute wait… I have no idea who she spoke too, it was not me considering she opened window took my card, never spoke until she asked me to pull up and wait and I asked why! Also, it still does not answer why after several mins I’m now going to wait for my order after getting my chance at the window which was my question I asked and her response was “AI took my order” that’s it… obviously she had no clue what she’s doing, I pulled up to wait since I had waited so long already. Read moreThis location on Highway 96 place has horrible customer service. I went by an hour and a half before closing. It seemed like they were already prepared to close at that time. I went to buy my sons 2 kids' meals. Only enough tenders for 1 meal said the truck was coming in the morning for more tenders I asked on my order for fresh cooked fries. I received my order and asked the young man that was at drive thru was these fresh fries he replied yes so something told me to check and when I did fries,chicken were ice cold like they been sitting out all day so I saw him laughing when he walked away I blew my horn and asked for actual fresh food he told me to pull up I waited about 15 minutes no one came out I pulled back to the window to get my food and I don't know what was done with those fries but they had my son throwing up all night and when I tasted 1 they had my tongue numb all through the next day I called the manager and only thing she said may have been the grease. Please be aware of going to this place before closing time, the worst fast food experience of my life. I know people do things to customer food when they ask for fresh food but it shouldn't be like this just don't work in fast food restaurant if you dont want people to ask for fresh food like you would expect if you were spending your own money as well. Read moreTonight I observed a hard working team of young people who respected their leader & work together to execute orders for their customers. I ordered a 15pc wing, which required the team to cook my food to order. I didn't receive attitude, nor did I detect an unwillingness to prepare the order. Bridgette who was the manager on duty stated "she could really use one more person" out of fatigue but expressed it calmly as if it were simply wishful thinking. Her location was understaffed but they pulled together to prepare the orders efficiently. I was impressed with what I was seeing. One of the young men took the initiative to fill the straw holders in drive thru, where he could've easily ignored the need and left it for someone else to do. I also asked to make sure my wings were well cooked. To ensure my order was as I requested she cooked them an extra minute. The team was under pressure, tired, and understaffed yet still provided exceptional service to customers that were there as I waited & to me as well.
