Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Warner Robins

Took way to long for someone to take my order. Probably waited 7-10mins just for someone to take my order in drive thru. I ordered a zax snack 3piece chicken finger plate. Meal was almost $10. I opened the box and barely had any french fries. I told them to give my money back cause it's no way I just paid almost $10 to get probably less than 10 French fries. They did fix issue w fries after requesting a refund. Let's talk about these fries now. Idk who working the kitchen but they seemed to put an entire bottle of seasoning on the French fries. U could choke off the season on them that's just how heavy it was on French fries.

Y'all need to put more French fries on plates. Customer are getting cheated out of their money. Hardly no French fries, not even enough of the plate to fill a baby/toddler (12month old)

Highly recommend you have enough employees on shift to run the drive thru and front counter. You can't have your staff run both at the same time. This creates extremely long wait times in drive thru. A lot of ppl drove off. Would be really nice to tell customers the price of their order at the drive thru and not wait until they get to the window to quote price. My order took a little longer than expected but it was hot and fresh so I didn't mind the wait. The staff was super friendly and customer service was top notch. The floors are very concerning though. I came in during lunch rush and there was people from base and contractors stopping in for their meal breaks. Every single one of us as some point during our visit had treated the floors like an ice rink due to how slippery they were. As much fun as it is to act like a child my self doing the moon walk across the floor. As a manager it's a law suit waiting to happen. The tiles are uneven and while I was standing still I was still moving in one direction or another while wearing oil/slip resistant shoes. The floors need to be degreased ASAP before...

The service was great. Bit disappointed by the salad though. The first time I tried the blue Buffalo salad it was fantastic. Rocked my world and I decided then that that would be my go to to order. The second time I ordered my salad I awaited it's delivery full of expectation that it would be fantastic. And it was ok. Nothing extra. So I tried again. And this last time I was so disappointed by the lackluster salad that I doubt I'll order anything of that kind from this location. There was too much sauce so my salad was drenched and limp. And there wasn't a delicious blue cheese crumble to be found. Hopefully not everyone has been served this sad...
