Earlier today I ordered from Domino's two pizzas and a 20 oz Coke for delivery, there were no problems there. The problem was and why I'm giving it one star is because the delivery driver called me and said he could not find my address in the apartment complex I live in, and at that point I seen him driving down the road and he told me he couldn't speak, read or understand English very well. When I told him to turn around he kept on going straight and it wasn't until the end of the road that he turned around and told him I was right there in the middle of the road at the apartment complex and then he could easily see me. Well from then on he kept on driving down the road a little bit and then they won the side roads coming the other way around the apartment complex. I was right in the middle of the road so it was obviously you see me and obviously he could not understand English. I beg everyone not to order Domino's from this location if you got it for delivery and he is the one that's delivering to you because chances are he's not going to find you at all even if you're in the middle of the road.
I have been general managers had a few different restaurants in my working career and management and other levels of the restaurant industry, with that said we would never hire delivery drivers that cannot speak communicate and understand English very well. They would be the ones I'll be working inside the restaurant.
And this is the first time I've ever had a contact Domino's corporate headquarters in the franchise owner to let them know how bad a service I've had with them.
Otherwise the pizza was good and everything except for was a little Bitcoin because it took him 30 minutes at the time he got to my apartment...

I told him we would bring the pizza back and he hung up the phone no apology nothing my husband took the pizza and this SAME ANTHONY manager decided to be unprofessional he would not refund the money and gave my husband another pizza with no sauce this time lol funny thing is my sister experienced the same bad service from this same manager. Oh and let me not forget the short brunette Girl at the register who has no customer service. If you see a customer walk in common sense as you learn in your training is to GREET the customer right? This child literally was on the phone 5 mins standing there to the point this older gentlemen requested for another person to assist him.. another young lady had to approach us and assist because the brunette girl didn’t even know how long the pizza would be ready. It’s sad I have heard so much negative comments about this exact manager Anthony and TODAY I experienced the poor service they provide. I hope he gets replaced to help that store improve because it has potential to have a great team they just need a better manager who can lead by example. If I could rate 0 I would...

When I was attempting to explain to an employee that a signature was not required for paypal transactions, she walked away, while saying "whatever" Coincidentally, my pizza was dropped when she was handing it to me, the then had an almost happy reaction of "oh, we'll have to remake that" I then walk into the store, explain what happened to the manager, he had NO reaction. While walking out, I told the manager that his complete silence was deafening. AFTER walking to my car, he walks out of the store to inform me that if my attitude was better, then he might be more understanding. I'm very sorry my attitude isn't perfect, but after experiencing less than stellar treatment by one of his employees, no one can be expected to be in a good mood. Perhaps he needs to be informed that isn't an excuse to avoid doing part of his job, which is customer service.
Avoid this location , total amateur hour! After my experience, can understand why they are receiving a ton of 1 & 2 star...
