I’ve always liked Jersey Mike’s subs. All their meats and cheeses are cut fresh to order while your standing there not like that other place that serves pre sliced dry cold cuts. If you come at lunchtime be prepared to wait in line. This place gets very busy, because it’s popular. The staff here is friendly. They do have indoor dining. This is located in the strip mall next to Wine Central Liquors and the Dunkin’ Donuts so there’s plenty of parking. Some of my favorite subs are the # 7 Turkey Breast and Provolone Cheese. My second favorite is # 13 The Original Italian- Provolone, Ham, Prosciuttini, Cappacuolo, Salami, and Pepperoni also done “Mike’s Way.”I always get it “Mike’s Way” that’s all you have to say to your server. It means you get on your sub, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, oil and vinegar and spices. Jersey Mike’s subs come in 3 sizes. Mini, Regular, and Giant. I always get a giant so I have a half a sub left for dinner or lunch the next day. If you’re going to share with somebody it’s always best to get a giant and then each get what you want so it saves money. They also sell chips, cookies and brownies which are good too. I belong to the Jersey Mike’s Earn Free Subs with Shore Points. You can sign up right at the register. All you do is type in your phone number once you have registered and it will keep track of your points. You must do this while you’re paying. With every sub purchase you make, you'll earn points toward a free sub of your choice. You can redeem it online or in-store. They have the Birthday Rewards Club and The Personalized Ordering Experience. You can save your favorite location & payment methods to make ordering a breeze! Jersey Mike’s also serves hot subs and they have veggie subs too. It’s definitely...
Read moreI hate to post negative negative comments about a business because I know how impactful can this be, that being said companies need to train their staff better I walked into this place today and I noticed 90% of the staff are Latino, some of them, or maybe most of them English is their second language, and that’s OK as long as we can communicate I don’t have a problem with anybody. I myself being a Latino bilingual Men understand that more than anybody, my parents were immigrants. so I walked up to the counter and the lady greets me saying “ how can I help you today? And of course I answered. Hi, how are you? Give me a minute, I don’t know what I said to this lady, but she gave me an attitude from the start. She saw me and I think realized that I was Latino as well but for some weird reason I think she expected me to answer in Spanish?🤔🤷🏻 I responded politely to every question that she asked.(in English)But still she was not smiling, she was giving me a nasty attitude, I don’t know what this lady’s problem was? Was I supposed to speak Spanish to her just because I am Latino ?? I don’t get why people are so stupid when he comes to this issue. You came from Latin America to the US, and if you’re going to get a job in a food chain restaurant or anywhere else for that matter you need to know the language and you’re going to interact with every kind of people there is, including your own so if you encounter somebody that is Hispanic or Latino and they talk to you in English. Don’t get mad, if you don’t like it well you are not in the right business. By the way, the sandwiches are awesome at this place, but please do better, train your employees better or hire...
Read moreJersey Mike’s Warren, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at this Warren location. During a recent visit, a female employee working at 6:42pm addressed me as “Moreno” & “Negrito” in Spanish. While some may view this as a casual or colloquial term, it was inappropriate, racist, and made me feel uncomfortable and singled out based on my appearance. Such comments, even if not intended to offend, are unprofessional in a customer service setting. No one should be labeled or identified by physical characteristics—whether in jest or otherwise—especially in a public business environment. I am bringing this to your attention not only to express my concern, but also in the hope that steps will be taken to reinforce respectful and inclusive language among staff. All customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of background or appearance. I messaged you all in May and never received a response back. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter will...
