I’ve been going to Trinity for 5+ months for an injury I had on my knee. From the moment you walk in, to the time you leave you are treated with the utmost respect and care from the whole staff. You may be prepared to call a bunch of rehabs that suit you best but Jill, the office manager will make you WANT to choose Trinity. I promise you. From the very first phone call to every session I had, She was so kind and helpful with all of my questions. In addition to that, some of the most professional people I ever worked with was Nick, Vasu and Rebecca. Nick was awesome! He ALWAYS listened to my concerns, and throughout my time there made me feel that he genuinely cared about my recovery..which is hard to find! (Thank you, Nick!) Vasu was the second PT that I got to work with. Another great asset to their team! He was so encouraging and always made sessions fun! He also made sure to take his time with our sessions, and ensured that I was doing all of my exercises to the best of my abilities. Then we have Rebecca. Rebecca is one the Techs that works alongside of Nick and Vasu and she is simply amazing as well. She always had a smile on her face, and was caring to every patient. Keeping the place clean and COVID friendly, she always had items prepared ahead of time and assisted in any way she could! I am 74 years old. I have had calcification tendinitis issues in my feet (orthotics), elbow (surgery), knees (both replacement surgery) and shoulder since my middle 30's. Poor efficacy for shoulder surgery forced me to live without raising my left arm above my head because of the pain that would persist for days afterward. Trinity uses EPAT soundwaves to non-invasively treat my condition. After a couple of painless 15 to 20 minute treatments the pain when raising my arm was gone. After the 6 treatments I have totally normal function for the first time in about 40 years. I am amazed. Therapist Nick was friendly, helpful, informative and highly professional. Atmosphere in the entire facility was cooperative and helpful. Jill at the front desk greets all with a warm smile and kind words. I do not look forward to needing therapy again but if I do I will never go anywhere else. Now back to the gym,, tennis courts and golf course... places I have avoided for years.. Warren Trinity...

Everyone has heard the Trinity Rehab commercials on 101.5 so i thought i would give it a try. The consultation was free so i went to a relatively new site in Warren. I had my first session for a torn meniscus the same day with Dr Nicholas Mazzone and have happily gone back for treatment. It wasn't long before Dr. Mazzone became Nick to me, a very caring and fun doctor to be around. He really knows his stuff and makes every visit a pleasure. Nick will do his part to get you better, you just have to put in the work and do your part. Jill, his office administrator is also very caring and accommodating. She will take some time to talk about a wide range of topics with you.
