Arby's — Restaurant in Warren

I usually only give ratings for places with exceptionally poor or exceptionally great service. This Arby's definitely qualifies for the latter. I occasionally stop here for lunch and am ALWAYS greeted with a big smile. Seriously, everyone here is joyful and friendly, which is becoming exceedingly rare in the service industry. They're also ridiculously fast. One time, the drive-through lane was completely full, so I went inside, only to find about 5-8 people in front of me in line. Despite that, they had me served and out the door in less than five minutes. Seriously, it was incredible. I have no idea how they execute orders so quickly, all the while happily carrying on. To corporate Arby's: if you're reading this, come do a case study on this location. They have dialied in the process in a way that few others in the fast food industry have figured out. Worked here for over a year as a manager. After the new am and gm got hired in, the work environment became toxic, they always trash talked and berated everything. They don't know what they are doing. Horrible to work with them. I went above and beyond and still somehow got a bad performance review. There's been many times I was the go to person to call on when others called off even though I wasnt scheduled I would be doing the work of 3 people. Closing is always short staffed. There's been many times i would be staying after hours off the clock to finish the closing tasks on my own. The new gm knew nothing. Fast food can only be so good, but Arby's has a better quality of fast food. I ordered my usual sandwiches from their Market Fresh menu: the Turkey and Swiss and the Corned Beef Reuben. I also ordered their curly fries. How can one go to Arby's and not order their curly fries?

The speed of service was incredibly fast here. It was under three minutes total for me to sit down in the dining area after placing my order. All of the food was fresh; the sandwiches did not have any dry meat slices on it, and the curly fries were all evenly crispy and hot!
