Arby's — Restaurant in Warren

The WORST arbys around. i personally worked and here and this place in disgusting. they have a terrible bug problem and dont even know how to clean up after themselves. they leave food out to sit for hours at a time and will serve customers 4 hour old food. Not the mention ive seen mold inside the shake machine, pop machine, and on the counters at one point. On top of that the general manager, veronica, is one of the worst i have ever encountered. she screams at her workers while she sits in the office for almost her whole shift. she doesnt care about anyone trying to make a living and will give the hardest workers with children, bills, etc the bare minimum. the whole time i worked there i know of at least 6 workers that are due for more then one 6 month raise and she refuses to give them. all together this place is the worst arbys yet. do not support this business, go up the street to the other arbys. if i could give this place 0 stars i would. never eat OR work here....

I really don’t know what happened to this location, but it is not good. The dining room hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. Just from where I sit, I can count 9 tables that have food and/or trash on them. The men’s bathroom is absolutely disgusting; gobs of wet toilet paper on the floor, overflowing garbage can and the sink looks like a diesel mechanic washed their hands in it. The food was “ok” but considering that it wasn’t very hot, it makes me wonder how long it sat before I got it. No napkins and the drink station was a mess. It looks like someone spilled pop all over the place.

If you’re really wanting Arby’s, pass this one up and go to the one on 422 in Niles. It’s cleaner and your food is actually hot when you get it (I dined in by the way).

So I decided upon to eat this location when in actuality I was craving Buffalo chicken wraps. I took a shot and asked if they had anything like that on the menu, they replied no but to wait a second and then came back and said they can do a substitute wrap instead if bread so I gave it a shot. Let me tell you these were the best Buffalo chicken wraps I have had in ages. I want to say well done to the staff. Simply outstanding, glad I ordered 3. And to corporate you need to find out how they made these and put them on the menu they will fly...
